Has the Zoning Hearing Board other than Mr. Kistner realize the amount of traffic this type of use will generate? No, they haven't, because the potential renters are affliated with a government agency the Lehighton council members and members of the ZHB will grant anything. Unless this developer has it in writing and its sometype of deed agreement, nothing is guaranteed.
And since GOVERMENT AGENCIES DO NOT PAY TAXES, the developer may get a free tax exemption and thus no help for the local residents to help allevaite the already HIGH school taxes.
