What's happening now with this case? Have the Police made any arrests? Has this family even been allowed to grieve for their deceased? I heard it in the news one day and then that was it?...

If you had really loved Sean may be he would still be alive. Why the hell did you let the poor dude fistfight? Was he drunk or drugged on meth? Restaurants are for eating and restaurant parking lots are made to park vehicles while you enjoy your meal. Who is that stupid to fist fight in a parking lot of all places. And to top it off in beautiful CORONA!

4 were arrested in this case!!
Travis Westly, John Morgan, Rick Dugan and Victor Sanchez..Still has not gone to trial yet!!!

A family lost their young son...imagine how you would feel if someone close to you died this way. Its just awful that a tragic story like this brings out evil thoughts in you guys. Nevel, the Trial is supposed to start May 21. I really doubt it will as one of the suspects has stil not had his preliminary trial.
You can always check the status of this case on the internet Riverside Superior Court House.

Can someone with information regarding this case post updates on this thread? I understand that the hearing was yesterday 5/21 and there is a motion to continue tomorrow 5/23. Do anyone have any further information?

It was continued till the 8th of August.
This happened at the Jack in the Box on Ontario and Rimpau.
