Woman, son arrested for keeping caged dogs, 14-year-old in filt...

There is a special place in hell for pigs such as this. Those poor dogs. What in the hell is wrong with some people? South Florida is nothing but white trash and I cannot wait to leave this terrible place.

Now, having said that....I think these 2 should be caged, and treated the same way.

I hate to break this news to you, but most of the people you discribe came here from other places, you know, the places you want to move to. If all of you would just move back to where you came from - take all of the malls, condos, and polititians with you - we could have our Paradise back.

As to those sad souls who abuse the ones that cannot fight for themselves, there should be harsher punishment out there and I am not talking jail time..........beat the sh*** out of every abuser for a couple of weeks and let's see how that turns out.....

Gosh..that's one less competitor for my pursuit of the 'Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval"!! What there is a 'Condemned seal for destruction? Who gives that out..the County sheriff and Inspectors for buildings and structures?How do I apply, I want to be a Florida legislator and this would be excellent on my resume!

Massive over-population of cats and dogs is rampant. Who's to blame? I blame animal owners and pet lovers. You pet lovers are causing all these problems because you are so emotionally dependant or needy and require an animal to fill a void. You are all weak. Sheep sheep sheep. Get rid of cats and dogs altogether. Maybe then we wont have articles like this, or pitbull attacks or other vicious breeds. Its ridiculous how these animal stories always seem to make it in the news. We are such a dumbed down society.

its so sad when people not only treat others like that..but the pets as well. Some people treat their pets as babies. they have everything. the pets. and some treat them like this story..think about the kid.. imagine a kid having to go to school. smelling like that. no clean clothes.. no clean body..that is sad too. there is no "human society' for kids.. they have to be passed back and forth. no live there. at least the dogs have a chance for a better life. so sad. Praying? that might help.. Money? that might help.. psychiatric help. naw. it beyond that. would treating the owner that bad help?? naw.. they are beyond that. Their ten year old is a perfect example. Lets hope the pets get a good adoptive home. Let hope the ten year old does too

I agree.

Euthanize the two adults, not the dogs.

I think there are some mental health issues involved here. Take care of the child, take care of the parent and take care of the dogs.
