Woman, son arrested for keeping caged dogs, 14-year-old in filt...

The only two dog-food bowls were filled with feces. The refrigerator was filled with rotten food and cockroaches.

maybe we should put Teal in a small cramped cage with no food or water .... or we can tie him up with electric cord to a tree and leave him

She allowed it, knew it and should be mostly to blame.

Used to have a neighbor just like this, Michele Chirillo, New York transplant and heroin addict. Filth!

Nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors. Child abuse and animal abuse and it is likely the s---heel abused his mother also.
