Ladies, if you're going to go "looking for love" on the internet always take a friend with you to the first meeting with "internet guy".

Have your friend get his auto license number AND make a copy of his driver's license or write down his driver's license info. If the guy is legit he won't have a problem with going the extra mile to give you some peace of mind.

I've gone on a couple internet dates, and I always encourage the woman to bring a friend along when we meet for the first time.

Meet your mate while each of you are pursuing advanced degrees at great Universities. Date in public for a while. Etc.
