How sad here in Fentress County we have come too, a few God rejecters can dictate their will on everybody else. On the local news today, the lady whom is over Head Start said some wanted the Ten Commandment at one of the Head Start properties removed! She said to contact your elected officals in Washington if you disagree with the desision. I think I have a better answer. I would be willing to help purchase a sign, placed just off Head Start property and display a very large Ten Commandment.

Who are the officials we can contact in Washington?

Let those who object to displaying the Ten Commandments file a public complaint. They can put their signature right there for God and the world to see. They should stand up and be proud of themselves in their local community I would certainly enter my signature for public support to keep them there.

Toss away the one, do not lie, re-place with we are the people!

I think it's time for the Christians to stand up and say we are tired of OUR rights and beliefs being trampled on. It's ok to be anything you want to be in this country EXCEPT a Christian. We as Christians no longer have rights in this country.

I think a sign should be put close to RM's driveway also, being that he is the one that started it. And, yes I would be glad to donate to such a good cause.

Green Hornet 007 wrote: <quoted text> Good one. Can these people not find anything better to do? You know it is sad times when people have nothing better to contribute to their community than by leading with examples such as this. And Dollop is right about it being a historical document but it seems to be another way to seek attention for a small group of citizens in Fentress county. Really sad.:(
