I lost my father when I was 2yrs old due to a tragic accident also. Life was not easy, especially on Father's Day's, but I grew up. My life would be completely different I'm sure had my father survived the accident, but now being 32 yrs old I'm grateful for the life I have had so far. I've appreciated the delicacy of life and the people in it from a very young age. Not many people today are grateful for who they have in their lives and I've always charished every day of mine and my family's existence. That experience caused me to understand life in a different way; a delicate way. Gage will also come to appreciate his life in this way. With the strength of his Father and family's love it will be a blessing someday to realize the precious life his wonderful Mother has given him. Not right away, but you will all be ok. I promise. There is truly a very specific reason for everything that happens in life and it is not up to us to understand it all the time. We just need to adjust our minds and hearts and accept it.
