new mexican restaurant

I was told that the new Mexican Restaurant that's going in the old Wendy's location will not be serving beer. Was there aome kind of a stupid curse placed on this town by some ancient indian chief that was thrown from hanging rock 200 years ago. How totally stupid if that is true. I guess everybody will keep taking their money to Prestonsburg.

didn't they put in a bar though.

Maybe they haven't gotten their alcohol license approved yet. Does Fiesta Place serve alcohol? They may also be going for a family atmosphere, and they think that not serving alcohol will be more attractive to families with children.

There was an notice in the Herald a few weeks back in the legals where somebody from Grayson had applied for a malt beverage license for a Mexican restaurant, I'm assuming its the one in the old Wendy's.

Just what we need in Paintsville, another, family place, like that's not all we have here. Prestonsburg just keeps cleaning our clock in the restaurant business.

well we ate there today and it was not good at all. not to mention i had ants crawling all over the window seal where i was sitting. now if they had pest control there would not be anything crawling. kind of makes you wonder. i won't be eating there again. no-one can beat el azules in prestonsburg and they do sell alcohol.

El Azules Salsa is awful.
taste like garlic.

the new mexican place is not bad, but definately not great.
their salsa is also awful.

Whats up with all the garlic tasting salsas.

if I wanted pizza sauce I would go to pizza hut.

They are all just alike. not the best and not the worst.

well you go eat there if you want to. it is aweful and i will never go back there again....
