Keyon service is a piece of shit. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with for internet. Unfortunately atm its all I can get. They suck. They lie about upgrading when they never will.
They are a bunch of thieves and liars. Straight up if you have dealt with them for longer than 6 months you will start catching them in all their lies. After a year all you want to do is strangle every person that works for them.
True story and no im not making threats. Just really really really hate them

Just really really really hate them I thought I was the only one, The technical support tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my router so I went out and bought a new router. The service was still slow. I thought this was suppose to be high speed...

How long did it take you to figure that one out? keyon had been okay in the early days but like every other loser operation got bought out by bandits in kansas or ohio or some hell pit like that, a few years ago. keyon is a frankenstein outfit full of maladjusted misfits and lying freaks, not even from nv. i'll bet they don't even have tats or missing teeth. avoid them.

just fyi the towers in Pahrump that Keyon uses have been "in repair" for the past couple weeks. Check your speed you are getting on speedtest and compare it to what you are paying for. I know I am 2mbps slower than I am supposed to be.
They are taking money for the more expensive service and giving their customers the inferior speeds. Call up their customer service center and give them hell

I have had their service for years. We currently have no choice. They know in six months 4G will erode their rural fiefdom and they will suffer. They also know sattelite will also kill them. So, they will die. Do not expect better service as they are on the ropes.

Air Internet is very good and they are light years better than Keyon, we have had both services. Keyon is crap. Keyon's customer dis-service should be indicted, tried, convicted and imprisoned for the rest of their natural lives.

I have keyon service in Wells,NV and they've been telling me they were upgrading for two months and then the other day I recieve an e-mail telling me they were sold to big dog internet. They are liars and anyone still with them I recomend going elswhere if possible. KEYON SUCKS I HATE THEM!!!!!

Keyon was purchased by another company and has a new name. The new company is based in ID.(855)423-4638
Pahrump is like other rural towns, there are only so many options. This in not limited to internet, but even things like trying to find what you need at the local grocey store.
