Who's flying those noisy ass choppers all over the valley at nite? It looks like they're spraying something. Wish they'd do that crap somewhere else.

They are trying out that new experimental gas called whoop-ass and it must be working, with all the domestic violence charges being done by the sheriffs office.

There doing there war games they do every year. And as for the sound...That's the sound of freedom. And, if my son was in the airforce I'd want him to have all the training he could get. those boys put there lifes on the line. A little noise is a small small small price for us to pay. And they have had several air force bases here in nevada for how long? and you've been here for how long?? And as far as them spraying us..Crazy Much??

Maybe they should do it over an unpopulated area and during daylight so the rest of us can sleep. They can use the unmanned planes for combat so our guys don't get shot down. Those planes use less gas too.

They need the realism of a populated area. MOST of us are happy to have them here.

Thanks Jen and John,(& lol@ whoopass gas)
Tim, unpopulated areas in the daylight are pretty much useless for training to fight urban opponents, and daylight training is also pretty useless when one needs to work on using night vision, etc...it's not nearly as easy as going during the day...
Not sure all the other reasons and stuff, but from what I know about most of our helicopters (H60's etc) if they are "spraying" something...I'm pretty sure the crews themselves would be quite alarmed, as its probably a leak...
finally, while everyone likes the utopian idea of a war where nobody has to be injured or killed, such is not the reality, as the only reason wars are useful is because eventually one side or the other is tired of it happening to them. If we fight wars with drones, in other words, why even spend THAT much money...just call them up for an online game of Call of Duty and call it done.
Drones are cheap, but they watch the backs of real people on the ground.
just my (somewhat rambling) opinion.

What if one of those aircraft crashes into a house or a casino? As far as wars go, I think we're all tird of this one. Especially the guys that have to continue to ratate from one war to the next. It's really getting old. Now we have enemy assasins in the ranks and they won't get rid of them.I'm glad I was in when I was. Got a trade out of it and there were no conflicts at that time. They better let the guys start carrying their weapons in case anymore of these muzzies decide die for allah or whatever they call their leader.

Daily Horoscope for November 30

Sagittarius

As much as the robust Archer would like to indulge, today you must mind your health. If you go out to celebrate the holidays, go easy on the rich foods and spirits. Too much alcohol and you might find yourself saying the absolute wrong thing to the right person, thus blowing what could be a perfectly lovely evening. Strive for moderation.
