Jerry Sternadel's family has an online petition that everyone can go to and sign: www.petitiononline.com/jwbs218/petition.html
We are asking everyone's help in keeping this wicked woman (TDCJ inmate #01201529, Debra Lynn Baker) from being released on parole. Please send protest letters to TDCJ, 8712 SHOAL CREEK BLVD., SUITE 265, AUSTIN, TX 78757.
Jerry Sternadel's family is trying to do three things: 1. Keep the bookkeeper, Debra Lynn Baker, in prison for her part in the arsenic poisoning of Jerry Sternadel. 2. Bring the widow Lou Ann Sternadel to justice for her part in this murder conspiracy. 3. Bring closure to our family so we can rest at night. Thank you. Jeannie Walker

Please help us keep Debra Lynn Baker (TDCJ ID 01201529) in prison by sending a protest letter to the following address: Let all of your friends and family know and maybe someone will actually do something about this injustice.

Texas Department of Criminal Justice:
Attention: Victim Services;
8712 Shoal Creek Blvd. Ste 265;
Austin, Texas 78757.

There is something wrong with the TEXAS Criminal Justice System when you can murder someone in such a cruel fashion and get PROBATION FOR MURDER. I don't know of a single state besides TEXAS that allows PROBATION FOR MURDER. Get caught with drugs and get a life sentence. Does this make sense?

My family and I not only want to keep Debra Baker in prison, we want to see every single person involved in this murder put in prison. This includes his laughing widow at the funeral home and the husband of Debra Baker who profited off of my father's murder. He was burning everything he could in the dump right after my father died. My father disliked this man. Why would his widow, LouAnn want everything burned?

My father realized that "they" were trying to kill him and he attempted to get out of the hospital and save his own life. Debra Baker and LouAnn Ford Sternadel Miller convinced the doctors and nurses that he was hallucinating and crazy. The doctors and nurses believed their story and had my dad strapped down to the hospital bed. They strapped his legs and arms down to the hospital bed. When he continued to scream for help, they tranquilized him. This happened in Wichita Falls, Texas.

LouAnn Ford Miller is now living in Sulphur Springs, Texas and she is remarried to another man.

Tony Baker is living around the San Marcos area.

It seems as if the criminals have all the rights. What about the victims?
People need to stand up and fight so that our rights can be restored as victims.

I was truly at the wrong place at the wrong time. I happened to be visiting Jerry's step daughter Holly and helped myself to the juice in the refrigerator and became very ill. Result: Ingestion of Arsenic. Not knowing these people, I still feel that this sentence was unjust and she must be kept in prison for the crime.

Why the heck hasnt anyone gotten a court order to force Lou Ann to submitt to a polygrath test. I honestly clearly feel in my heart not knowing this lady that she was taking for a fool and let taken the fall for. Give Debra Baker a polygraph test. Unless she's on medication for nerves I would like to see the results of the test. Maybe it will prove that she new nothing of the murder or maybe she did help and is protecting Lou Ann. I hope Lou Ann's stepdaughter took her butt to court and tried to get an hold on her fathers estate. It would be a wrongful dealth issue.This wife clearly murdered her husband and let her best friend take the fall.
How many times has Lou Ann visited Debra Baker in jail..

My name is Becky Sternadel and I am the daughter of Jerry Sternadel. I did take LouAnn to court but unfortunately, I had a shabby lawyer that only cared about suing the hospital and I had to end up settling out of court after my attorney let Louann sell everything bit by bit before we settled. That attorney is in Fort Worth and was recommended by my ex-mother-in-law, Mickie Perkins. Louann and Debra Baker both took lie detector tests. I think LouAnn's test came back that she was guilty and Debbie Baker's test revealed that the test was inconclusive because she did take drugs to mess up the test. Her nerves were shot. But, why hasn't Debra Baker came forward and named LouAnn as the one who murdered my father? I think Tony Baker bought the arsenic in Dallas. I believe and think he was in on the murder and one day everything will come out. LouAnn, Tony and Debra Baker did this together and Debra shouldn't let LouAnn get off. LouAnn is a very manipulative person. The District Attorney of Clay County has all the necessary paperwork to take LouAnn to court and I would imagine she would be found guilty of murder. In Debra Baker's own appeal to the court, she stated that LouAnn was living with her when they received the telephone call that they found the arsenic in the storage. Someone from Debra Baker's residence that LouAnn was staying at called the Storage Place and tried to pay the bill before the cops confiscated everything. But, it was too late. Who made that phone call? Was it LouAnn or was it Debra Baker? Clay County District Attorney needs to prosecute LouAnn Sternadel Miller without the testimony of Debra Baker. He has everything he needs to win and get a conviction. LouAnn would not get Probation. Please Pray for our family. Prayers work wonders.

If you ever want a good lawyer don't use someone Mickie Perkins recommends or don't ever go to Grayson County where the 59th District Judge needs to be out of office. I know this is a different subject matter, but just wanted to get that out there that the 59th District Judge in Grayson County, Texas needs to be ousted out as a Judge.

My personal opinion is that she be given just enough of the juice she gave him until it makes her deathly ill, not enough to kill her, but do it long enough until it does. Give her time to see how it made him feel. I don't think we should have to support her the rest of her life in prison; because that's what we are doing by keeping her in jail. She will stay there long enough that she will think she has found the Lord and has forgiveness, but as we all know one of the Ten Commandents is: "Thou shalt not commit murder!

I know all of this because it is in the hospital records. I didn't know all of this was going on when he was in the hospital because I wasn't his wife. I would have given anything to know what was going on so that I could have done something about it. My brother and I were not privy to the fact that they were killing him.

sam said it right. They both should be given enough arsenic to make them both ill so that they can understand what they did to my dad. May God have mercy on their souls.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Cancer

Mercury turning retro is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2010. Lawyers and legal matters, debates, contract negotiations, partnership or other alliances, and joint ventures of any kind need attention. As a Cancerian you don't like endings, but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.
