Why don't they report more local news? At 5 they tell stories that NBC tells at 5:30pm. I would like to know more West KENTUCKY news. They are in KENTUCKY? It seems they do not have any reporters there anymore. They must not pay well. One day they were reporting that Gov, Beshear had visited 2 towns in order to present grant checks...and they didn't mention at all that he had been to Eddyville als...so I called the station and complained and I kept watching for them to make the correction..they instead pulled the story! I also miss Paula Bridges too..I agree w/ the one bright spot comment...she was always a snappy , classy dresser in addition to being very intelligent!

The old Butler-Williams-Siler etc days were local guys who made a career in their area doing what they love. Broadcasting is different now, and Paducah is not where young broadcasters want to spend their whole life. It is an entry-level position in TV....a good place to start. However, no one wants to stay at the bottom rung on the ladder. Amazing that we have an NBC outlet here, and lucky to keep it. However, the turnover will continue. 50 years ago, there were only a handful of stations. Now with dish and cable there are lots of opportunities.

i miss Paula and Scott

I was just wondering if anybody knows where I can buy the music WPSD plays on their weather channel-6.3 .

the other day the news reported that they found the missing fisherman. this was on the 10 oclock news. the next day they never mentioned it but said they were still looking. that blows my mind. they put their foot in the mouth. also about a yr ago they reported that a teen was killed on a four wheeler and came back later that he was ok. they really need to get it straight before reporting it.

WTF is it with wpsd? my brother called me the other night and said kfvs had it on there Facebook page that the city had bought the executive inn, i wanted to see the story because i used to work there so i went to 6's website and there was nothing there! since when does the cape station beat the paducah station at reporting Paducah news?

I agree channel 6 is slidding down the slippery slope big time. That Scot McGee really sucks. Would someone please tell him to stop slapping on the desk, it's heard over our TV's.
