Best DUI atty. in Paducah

I just got my 3rd DUI I need the BEST DUI atty in Paducah.

I'm afraid that it's not going to matter who your attny is if you have 3 DUI's...might try Will Kautz.

Sorry dude your pretty much fu**ed Year in jail no license for 5 years ! U might as well save your money for fines and cabs in the future unless u are best Friends with the judge!!!

3rd dui!! Sounds like you need rehab!! Do you care or realize how many people you put in danger due to your own stupidity? A year in jail is to easy, the judge should make you wear a sign everywhere you go- a little public humiliation might do you some good!!!

Most the time addicts carry around enough shame!! I'm sure your perfect aren't you sprinkles!!

Dont waste your money for someone to stand by you while you get your head split.Represent yorself and ask for a bench trial and while the judge is telling you its not a good idea to represent yourself explain your bad idea was getting behind the wheel drunk.

Addicts do not care about anyone but themselves and their drug of choice. Shame is not felt until they hurt someone or get caught.

I disagree. In my addiction I didnt care about anyone or any thing.It wasnt until my recovory that I began to feel again.
Addicts sober up in jail, but its not recovory.Most are only sorry they got caught.Upon release they continue over and over.

Until the person reaches the lowest point in their life, they will not seek help. There is nothing anyone else can do to help the addict....it is completely up to the person with the addiction. And yes I agree it is a disease and needs to be treated like any other disease. A battle many will face every day of the life. God bless them all!!

While we all are very aware that driving under the influence is wrong (since it is illegal & all), you might want to come down off that pedestal you've put yourself on & think very carefully about passing judgement on others. alcoholism is very much a disease & once to a certain point, even rehab may not help. My father was an alcoholic & forfeited most of his life to it. Regardless of what the original poster has done, you don't have the right to pass judgement. No one is perfect. Most likely, this person has a job that will be in jeopardy if convicted. Also it is very likely that should he/she lose this job, their life will only follow a further downward spiral. I've watched it happen at my place of employment. I would much rather see this person receive help & support from their employer & justice system so there is at least the chance he/she can turn their life around. This person likely has a spouse & children that depend on them. Hope they get the help they need... Not more criticism from random people.

First off my addiction was not to alcohol it was to medication I received after a car accident!! I did not choose that wreck and unfortunately I became dependent on the medication I was given for the pain!! I have never once been arrested and never harmed anyone but myself so sprinkles you need to watch who u judge!! I was able to get off the stuff thankfully but it wasn't easy!! If it was so easy I'm sure this person would have stopped after DUI number one but due to the negativity society places on addicts, such as yourself we are usually ashamed to seek help!! So instead of judging these people make the world a kinder less judgmental place and step out of you shallow, idiotic box and offer help to someone you know with this problem, there is nothing worse in this world then losing control of your life!! And there are people much smarter than you that agree it is a disease and yes unfortunately addicts do sometimes cause accidents that hurt other people but sp do 90 year ok'd little old ladies and so do young teenagers on their phone!! It is very unfortunate that the world is nor perfect!! But I have met some very educated people who suffer from addiction and it chooses anyone ! So you better beware kharma is a bit** and don't think for a second you aretoo good are too smart for it cause your not!! Obviously Sprinkles you are one of the choosen ones that has never had to deal with addiction. Consider yourself lucky because addiction is a pure hell not a choice. Before you judge any addict educate yourself about it!!! It is not a choice as you may think it has to do with chemical balance and genetic make up.That is why some people can drink only occassionally and others never know when to stop. No one chooses to wake up one day and decide to be an addict! I am not dogging you for your post but I have been in the position as that person that has continued down the wrong path. And to be able to get sober and straight is not impossible but, one of the hardest, most challenging things they will ever attempt. A large percentage never get that opportunity.
