They must be ashamed of the reputation they now have. Under Chuck Mullen and Marc Williams they were very honorable, but both were honorable men. Guess it just goes to show that your only as good as the top guy.

Chuck Mullen honorable? Ha, I heard he screwed any women who would sit still long enough, and mark williams? My ex husband worked for him in sales and lets just say he had very sticky fingers when he had a partner in the business.

It looks like with everything they have done, Nissan corporation would shut them down. They have no respect for the customer after the sale. But they can't blame anybody but themselves for the dealership being in the shape it is in. Maybe they don't understand the Paducah area. If you treat a customer wrong, the majority of the people in the area know in a week. Spending money on commercials is a bottomless pit. If they had only been honest in the first place they wouldn't have to be running commercials. People would not be driving hundreds of miles to get a Nissan.

Complaints from customers will not make Nissan "close" Nissan of Paducah! It would have to be in bad shape financially before they would take over or close the store. Mr. Nobody has plenty of money. But I agree with most of you guys, that their "big city" approach doesn't work well in Paducah Ky...

Heard the office manager of 30+ years walked out on Mr. Nobody. Whats up with that? Jake wrote: Complaints from customers will not make Nissan "close" Nissan of Paducah! If the manager did indeed leave, it suprises me a little. A lot of times when dealerships are sold, most of the old staff usually will get the axe! Since this manager made the initial cut, I figured she got along with the owner and vice versa.

With all the staff leaving and getting fired, the owner should be worried. When some of the people who where screwed end up in court. I am sure a former employee would have no problem testifying!

I wonder if its getting any better at the dealership. Might get better if they attempted to rights some wrongs they have done to customers.
