Quincey Cross,didn't do it thats what i believe...

something fishy bout this case....

I got a feeling since the trial has been postponed for a few weeks & that Caldwell & Burton are having their trials seperate from Cross, they are looking for a deal.

There was mention of Cross' lawyer (rethinking) looking deaper into the case against Cross. This could mean that Cross wants a deal & will turn on the other 2.

Either way, it'll be interesting to see the outcome.

There is only one person that knows the WHOLE truth and that is God!!! Everyone has their own opinions but opinions don't matter. Someone did this and they should pay--it was a grusome end for a beautiful girl that should of never went through what she did, but I do hope the RIGHT person/people pay for the crime and not an innocent person.

You're wrong about 1 thing......God isn't the only one that knows the "Whole Truth". The people that did this to Jessica know the "Whole Truth".

Quincy is guilty. And the girl that has been testifying against him is guilty, too. I've met her before ... never held a conversation with her - but I've heard through the grapevine in Mayfield that she was in on it. And apparently, she held Jessica down while the two men did what they did.

It's a sad story. I hope they get what they deserve.

I just dont see why u people cant see that he did it.He was seen at a party by many people with a belt messed up on drugs and drinking.Of course hes going to say he didnt do it. He probably dont remember because he was so messed up on cocaine etc.

So many people were caught lying in court that you can't believe any of the so-called witnesses. How do we know you didn't do it. Some of you people in Mayfield is so messed up. The world has seen that. It's bad when shows in New York say go to Mayfield if you want to get arrested for doing nothing. Even they know that Quincy was set up and that this whole case was based on false accusations. So know what you're talking about before you speak. What if that was you and you knew that you didn't commit the crime and these people steady trying to frame you. Why didn't Quincy take the plea of 15 or 25 years if he'd testify against the two awaiting trial. Anyone else would have taken the plea to keep from receiving life or the death penalty, but he refused because he said he didn't know about a murder and wouldn't rest if he made false statements on the two other people. That's a man with God within him; unlike the two from MAYFIELD that lied repeatedly through the trial. God will work with them. I give praise to Rosie for admitting to the truth, even if it got her arrested. God will forgive and take care of her. Growing up, I only heard bad things about Mayfield. I won't even go there anymore. You people in Mayfield need to move closer to God,because all of you need him in your life. Stop getting innocent people falsely convicted and start living right.

Since you're such a fan of Cross I wonder if you know about the 13 yr. old he raped at gunpoint????? He was hospitalized from a beating he took from the little girl's male family members.

You know nothing about the case other than what you may have watched of the trial.(if you watched it at all) There were lies told but this time it was your HERO Rosie that told them.

Had you been paying attention, there were "some" inconsistancies BUT, the key points WERE THE SAME!

There is only ONE way for you to KNOW he is innocent, and that is if you were there watching the murder of Jessica Currin. Since you are so hell bent on believing that POS to be innocent then all I can say is either you did it, and YOU let an innocent man go to jail, or you really don't know you just think you do. Most likely the latter.

Trust me when I tell you, I know more about any of this than you do. I didn't have to be in court or watch the entire trial to know what's going on.

I can only assume you are one of Cross' family members. W/ that being said, you will know about him raping the 13 yr. old girl & about him trying to burn down his own grand-mother's house w/ his little cousins inside the house. You know he's a monster! Deep down, you know he murdered Jessica.

Maybe some of the witnesses did lie. That was wrong. They were just children when this happened. I'm sure they were scared. What about the rest of us witnesses who didn't lie. He was at my house that night. I'm a totally different person than I was then. I don't do drugs. I'm married, have children. Do you honestly think that I enjoyed having to go back 8 years and talk about this stuff again. Hear on the news and read in the papers how I'm a druggie and a loser. A lot of people sacrificed their safety and sanity to help put this SOB where he belongs and get justice for Jessica and her family. What if it was your daughter he did this to? Why would a "man with God within him" laugh and smile and act like a complete idiot in the court room while being tried for murder. Come on! Who is this Mr. Yustas?

A man who hasn't done anything would laugh and smile. He knows he's innocent and that's all that matters. Who are you to judge? He wasn't suppose to cry when he hasn't done anything. What about all of the innocent people who were once in his shoes later found innocent and released from prison. Could be your child one day, so don't judge.

You have serious issues just like him. Someone trying to prove their innocence would at least show a little compassion since a person was murdered and tortured. Who are you to judge? What in the hell would make you think he is innocent? FYI my son is severely disabled and confined to a wheelchair. All the more reasoned I feared for his safety because of this maniac because he can't talk
. He will never be in that position.
