Why don't you read through every post here, read about others side effects & read about the ones that don't have any. Research the ingredients a little & then take into the fact of what YOUR side effects are telling you and made a decision?

You are going to have people that have side effects say no don't do it & you'll have people that don't have any (or their salesman) saying how wonderful of a product it is. It takes about 10 minutes to research each individual ingredient and maybe 10 to read all these posts.

No one here can tell you if this is right for you that only you & your wife can decide.

Omg me too! I couldn't sit still and when i did i felt like i could literally feel the energy coursing through my body!!

that's not all that's listed. I'm taking Ave. It Aldo says chromium, 1-3dem(something) don't have the pk with me at moment,,also vanadium and a few more things. I've been taking them since Tuesday n lost 3 pounds n I feel the best. No headaches, just smooth clean energy. N it makes me not hungry but u still need to eat 1200 calories a day. Ace isn't for everyone. But for some it is!:)

don't take em too late in the day. It lasts 4-6 hours so if u do u may not b able to sleep. Make sure u drink tons of water n make sure u eat 1200 calories a day :) good luck

I started taking them 4 weeks ago. I started the first week with one in the morning and then after a week started taking 2 in the morning an hour before I ate. It works great for me. I have lost 10 pounds and I know it isn't a "magi" pill. I still eat healthy and drink lots and lots of water. I was drinking almost a 12 pack a day of diet coke, I no longer have a taste at all for it and am drinking half my body weight in water instead now. I do have more energy. I have been taking ace since last November. I think it is great! I haven't lost a ton of weight fast. I have lost 15 pounds. That is great for me! I don't have any negative side effects from it. It helps with cravings and makes me full for longer. I try to drink lots of water. That is supposed to help, too. There is no magic pill. However, ace sure does help!

if people would quit relying on pills and programs to lose weight, then noone would have to worry. Im sitting at 180 lbs from 247 lbs in 41/2 months. I used no pill. I used no program or doctor. I used my mind to change the way i precieve food. Do not get me wrong, i still love suzie q's, pizza from mr gatties,and dairy queen ice cream cake. There is no magic sprinkle to make the pounds drop off. I used to order a number 4 at mcdonalds along with two mcdoubles and a mcchicken.....and i would eat it all. Heartburn, acid reflux,and not being able to get off the couch very easily are all gone from my life. I still am pretty lazy and do not work out....it can be done without excercise,change in food,or blowing your money on just some hope.

I don't sell it. I really like it. I don't even take it that often, either. I lost about 8 lbs and have never looked so good...ever. I feel great. I have more motivation to go to the gym. My confidence level is through the roof and I feel better now @30 than I did in my early 20's. You can't just assume that the only people who are raving about A.C.E. are the one's that are 'pushing' the stuff. Maybe...just maybe there are people out there that want others to feel as great as they do. It can't hurt to try this product. Maybe you'll like it, maybe you won't. I agree completely!!! I have had 4 back surgeries and have lupus!!! I have NO DISCS in my back so I am in constant pain! Sometimes it isn't the Tongue, but the body that has failed! . Everyone's different though, I don't eat meat, eat fast food, sweats, soda none of that enters my body and I'm always at the gym and I keep gaining!:/ congrats on all the weight loss keep it up!!!
