Pit Bull Rescue Tia Torres husband ex-convict and parole arrested

Aren Marcus Jackson has been officially charged on felony counts and is currently waiting his next court date on the 26th (inmate locator) in the LA County slammer. Jackson is on a no bail hold for $950,000.00 (that aint chump change). Jackson married Tia Torres owner of Villalobos Rescue for Pit Bulls about a year ago, and ever since he's been busy making a name for himself amongst the young adults of Agua Dulce, Acton, and Palmdale. Tia has been unavailable for comment other than to show her disatisfaction with those she "believes" reported her husband to his parole officer. Neighbors are outraged that such things are going on right under their noses, as are many parents who found that their kids learned more than how to clean cages while visiting the Torres family at the compound.

Holiday Chock, the mother who abandoned her children and now seeks to punish those persons who have tried to help those children overcome drug addiction, posted the comments regarding Aren Jackson and Tia Torres. She has been posting defamatory and demonstrablely false statements regarding my client, Ms. Torres, and her husband.
Mr. Jackson is innocent until proven guilty and his attorney is confident that truth will prevail. False allegations by Ms. Chock led to the search of the Torres and other properties. There have been no complaints by neighbors, nor by parents, as alleged in Ms. Chock's posting here.
We are in the process of initiating legal action against Ms. Chock and her family regarding her defamatory statements. If she has spoken to you personally, I would like to take your declaration for use in the lawsuit. You can contact me at william@attorneydailey.com.

It seems to me that Miss Torres should read a little bit more carefully into what she see's as "defamatory and demonstrablely (demonstrably???) unfair". fact 1, all of holiday's comments, although editorialized a bit are public record. infact the only things that holiday has written about have already been posted in numerous newspaper articles about what is really going on at your "client's" property. in fact, the only thing that is "defamatory and demonstrably unfair" is YOUR posting about Holiday Chock as a mother. everything that you have written is HER opinion and is in no way published as a statement of fact. so to remind you of what the facts are here are a few.
1. Aren Marcus Jackson, husband of Tia Marie Torres, owner of the Villa Lobos Dog Rescue was arrested on charges of violating his parole!
2. Aren Marcus Jackson, husband of Tia Marie Torres, owner of the Villa Lobos Dog Rescue has threatened family members of Holiday Chock with Tia Marie Torres present.
3. Aren Marcus Jackson, husband of Tia Marie Torres, owner of the Villa Lobos Dog Rescue next court date is in January 2008.
4. Tia Marie Torres, owner of the Villa Lobos Dog Rescue paid to have an admitted addict sprung from rehab, because she didn't think that rehab was the right way to deal with addiction that put the same person in the hospital only weeks before.
it seems to me Tia, your client should be concerning herself with getting her "innocent" (ha!) husband out of jail and less time defaming concerned parents.

She claims to be a no kill shelter and i searched forever to give my dog a good home,let alone did she put him asleep she took a donation,twords her no kill shelter,leaving my animal with a lethal injection?????????

I personally took a visit to Tia Torres's shelter for stray animals. I wanted to adopt a Pitt Bull. I have had this breed of dog long before the media slandered them. After she gave me a tour of the shelter she left me alone to wander around the compound. I noticed many things, she knew every animal by their name, they all greeted her with love and affection. I also noticed that along with Pitt Bulls, she housed Timber Wolves (another type of animal people disgard) racoons, and large cats. In fact she was fighting back tears half the time because she was so worried about one of her sick cats. Besides last time I checked animals don't do backround checks they go by instinct so her husband can't be that bad. Why should her husbands legal issues even be an issue with her and her animals. There isn't anyone else taking care of the unwanted animals as well as she does. So quit blaming those around you for your childs drug problem and the other problems I'm sure he suffers. The probem starts at home. Maybe your not doing your job as a parent properly. Hope counciling goes well for your whole family.

so by bridgette's standards - are dog's capable of determining someone's moral character better than a judge and jury? are you suggesting that "bad" people don't have dogs? more than that, bridgette must be a professional profiler after spending only a few hours with ms. torres on a "guided" tour and determining that everything ever said about her and her husband was malicious and false.

I believe Tia is A hack, she makes about a 150 K a year after taxes. So trust me she does not have it too bad. As far as AJ. he's a white supremacist, active member of the Aryan brotherhood. As far as the twins, they're both hooked on meth by IV. And it gets better, did you know they both go out with Tia's two daughter. Not to mention she collected insurance on the fire of her brothel. I have helped walk dogs at the shelter and I personally find Tia to be a thoughtful and caring woman. To all the SLACKJAW SNIPERS who pile on when people are down,
What have any of you done to make a differance in this world?(I'm guessing NOTHING!) In my book anyone who helps a dog that is condemed or brutalized is someone I look up to.
So instead of wasting time bashing this woman YOU need to get out and do something in this world that makes this Earth a better place.

It is sad to watch people slander a woman and her husband because the man has made mistakes in his past. What happened to unconditional Love that our higher power entity (some call God)ask us to have? You should be praying for this couple to be together again soon and be with their family and with their animals. Mr. Jackson just wants to help his wife take care of the animals. I don't believe Mr. Jackson did any of the things he's being accused of while on parole. He paid his time! Love unconditionally! Wish them well and wish them love!

TO TIA TorresI came across Villalobos Pitbull adoption center and was really appalled by Tia Torres. ie-She really is one Smart alecky person. When one deals with the public, I would think that a person(No matter who they are) DO NOT BE A SMART ASS SUCH AS TIA TORRES IS!!!! As for being a fraud, I dont know exactly but I do know that , if people respond to you, it is because they need assistance not a person being a clown. Lastly, a person who has any kennels or Pitbull rescue organization, they are to safeguard and value it;not let a former inmate of the Correctional System store his drugs there.(it seems that one year is not enough time to get to know someone especially if intend to allow them access to an integral portion of your business or you are possibly and obviously a poor judge of character. you see when you find yourself in LOVE, you dont just give then access to your business. BOY, DID YOU SCREW UP!!!! that

your an idiot. Tia does love the dogs. She is helping animals that nobody else will. She is a little gruff but she is one hell of a woman. I'd like to take you out for a long walk with one of the dogs that wouldn't have had a chance at life if it wasn't for Tia. This dog had a bad outlook on life and now has a much better one thanks to Tia. You are obviously a poor judge of character. You shouldn't throw stones when you yourself live in a glass house. Come walks some dogs that want nothing but to love and be loved. Who knows there might be hope for you yet.

I say this family is awesome and anybody that thinks otherwise well you have no clue as to the hard work this is! To the person that made a comment about this family makin racial slurs and such.. You realize you made a statement bought the twins acting "white" and who is racist? Grow up stop being jealous! These people deserve whatever "toys" they have !

I think its great what Tia does for those dogs.I dont know her and her family but I do know she must be doing a hell of a job taking care of those dogs for Animal Planet to pick her up for a show.We need more people in this world who take responsability for animals and people in need instead of just talking about how sad there situation is.I dont care if Tia is a total smartelleck as long as she takes good care of those animals and finds them good homes.I tried rescuing dogs and let me tell you I just had 12 and was ready for a nervous breakdown.After I found good homes for them I didnt take in anymore.Its really expensive and very hard work.She must be a hell of a woman with alot of patients to do what she does.Keep up the good work,Tia.

Caring for a rescued animal takes money and time for medical care to help the dog recover, money for shots to keep them from diseases, money for food, money for kennels, money for shelters, money and time and heavy work to erect the structures, money and time to let people be aware of your rescue, money and time to train the dogs, money and time to train yourself, interview people, check out their homes, gas for picking up the dogs, checking prospective homes, going back to pick up the dogs when the new owner discovers that dogs are a lot of work. Why don't you volunteer to help out at the rescue with an open mind, any rescue, for that matter, and see what it takes to be part of something like that. Tell me afterwards that the tears don't come, and I'll show you someone who deserves to be condemned. I do not know Tia, I only just discovered the show on tv. Whether her husband is guilty or not has nothing to do with the hard work she puts into those dogs. I know; I also run a rescue.

I think tia is being put through the ringer due to the fact that she is with a parolee and stands behind him people hear the word parolee and presume the worst..soo sad but true!
