We need to question the democrats that allowed this to happen. Was Virginia Lolis the head of the ambulance board at that time? She had her picture in the paper with former Judge Ronnie Lyons during the election when this story broke. If I remember correctly she was the chair. The actual crime probably happened under the Judge Belcher partial term. I am not sure about the dates. It wasn't while Lowell was judge. Lets look at what really happened democrats.
