I'm sorry to say but your theory is crazy!!! If they were having that many problems with these foster kids, they could ALWAYS tell DHS to take them back. NO ONE is FORCED to take foster kids into their home. There is no excuse for what these people have done to these children. They don't deserve to even keep their biological children. They must have wanted these kids pretty bad to go thru what Oklahoma DHS puts a person thru to even become Foster Parents--but of course these people probably didn't care about the kids anyways--just the good ole paycheck that comes along with the kids. So, did they take their biological kids out on the DHS paycheck? That should be another charge against them--not spending the money properly that is supposed to be used for the Foster children.

OK, seriously, someone that looks like these two is allowed to be a foster parent?!? And Dear Mr. and Mrs. McMillan, if the foster kids are so much trouble, get rid of them. OOps forgot, you really like that state check for putting up with them right?

It's people like you who get run over by your own kids because your too much of a pushover to correct them. You think that's actually doing them some good when in fact it's just the opposite. It's your job to get them prepared for adulthood, quit being panty-waists. What rock did you crawl out from under. I certainly wouldn't want to be one of your children. You sound like a child abuser yourself. Maybe the DHS should check you out. You are a low life. Love works a lot better than abuse.

IT DOESN'T MATTER! DOESN'T MATTER! These weren't adopted children, they were foster children & if this couple weren't equiped for the problems of damaged children they should have asked that they be removed from their home. Leaving kids outside with no shelter or appropriate clothing is inexcusable, I don't care what these kids did. These people were hired by the state to protect and care for these children. No excuse for harming a child & they did harm to these children! The Truth wrote: The truth is that we are making judgements without knowing all the facts of the situation. This is EXTREMELY inaccurate. It is sick that this beautiful family is being torn apart right now. I wish all the facts were straight and that owasso cops weren't crooked.

What a great parenting example these two set for their own children. If they couldn't handle these two kids, they should not have had them in their home. These foster kids needed help and once again, the "system" has failed.

If that's the case, then these "foster parents" should have reported the trouble they had been getting. I hope the book is thrown at them as well as the worker who was supposed to be checking on these kids each month.

Why were these kids not comfortable enough to ask for help rather than sit in the rain and wait for their abusers to get back? This is why the class action suit against dhs was filed. DHS system is broke and needs fixed... These are the questions we should ALL be asking of our Government.

I really does not matter if these children are adopted, biological or foster, no child should be treated like this. Having raised three children I do understand that children can be stubborn and disobedient but these parents crossed over the line. Maybe they should be asking themselves what they are doing wrong instead of what the children are doing wrong.

This is pathetic and a disgrace and why didn't DHS know or do anything about this. And what a stupid excuse,,,that they were takes knives and hurt themselves, even if these kids were troubled or had problems these kind of people have no business making these teens lives worse. They will get off or get very little punishment. In Tulsa County we give teens who forge checks and have drug problems 3-4 years in DOC and send them to prison but for parents who abuse children they get a slap on the hand. Our judicial system sucks!

So they loose their foster care license and can no longer take in foster children, right? Maybe CPS should investigate them concerning their biological children. If they're having discipline problems with the foster children and they threaten to harm themselves, why aren't they reporting that to DHS, who would get the children the care they need-hello, they have a caseworker? He didn't see anything wrong with leaving them outside because it was no different than being at a football game? The girl was barefoot and it was rainy and cold yesterday!! Yeah, they look like great people. Look at the scowls on their faces! There goes our extra money. Foster chidren need lots of love, if you can't handle them, don't abuse them, call your case worker your morons!! Income from foster parenting is to go towards the care of the chlildren, they deserve movies and dinner, too!
