Black people have a lot of kids cause their always thinking about sex, doesn't matter who, when or where their mind is always on sex. Alot of blacks are unemployed so that gives them a lot of time to have sex.

They have sex in packs that makes the women more fertile if they are packed up by a pack of black guys.

I asked my african american friend this question and his reply was 'why not?' So this solves the mystery.
