What ever happened to "innocent until proven guilty". I know the girl and she made it up to avenge being arrested herself...and FOUND GUILTY. He is the victim in this case and as such should not have his name appear. To those of you who read this - do not be too quick to judge.

I too agree with innocents until proven guilty, but it should be known by residents. Who knows how long it will take to be proven innocent or guilty. Would you want your daughter to be around a man with these charges to then find out that he is guilty. It's better to be safe than sorry.

As a matter of fact, my 17 year old daughter just spent a weekend with this wonderful man. So, yes, I would allow my daughter to spend time with him.

He is 49 years old. The girl is 16. He should have known better. Next time maybe he will think will his brain.. not his little friend.

It wasn't "beer" and he didn't allow her to have it. She snuck it. Then made up a terrible story which was proven to be a lie in front of a judge in jury - especially when the now 18 year old was told she could go to jail for perjury. The truth has come out. The justice system works. Unfortunately, his name was tarnished and many other consequences because a 16 year old couldn't get her own way and didn't want to abide by the rules of the house. The real shame lies else where.

Once again I google this lie and find the link still here. Please check the court records and find for yourself that he was exonerated. This guy is NOT a dirt bag. This web-site is for not following up on the same link with the news that he was exonerated. A 16-year-old wouldn't follow house rules. She made up a story hurting several people. The truth came out under oath.
