One of their ambulances has been seen multiple times going to and from calls without any working taillights...... hows that for crappy.... what do you know... "the same great service" that medstar gave the greater ossipee area.

the best thing for ossipee would be to have a deferent ambulance service take over.medstar and lifestar are the same Companay. maybe you all should hire a company that has good quality trucks, equepment, and a high standered of care all of which medstar/lifestar lacks.

Deferent? Equepment? Standered? Im hoping your not a certified EMT of any sorts. Its evident by your lack of spelling your the ideal person to be passing judgement.

Some "facts" about Lifestar/Ossipee Valley EMS.....6 of the 7 trucks currently in service were owned by Medstar,3 bought under new management, by new management, the rest of which have been completely overhauled. Most of the equipment on the trucks have been replaced and what hasn't soon will be...As for the employees...One I repeat ONE person who was full time for Medstar under previous management currently is employed...ONE! So....NO, Lifestar is NOT Medstar. NOT even close. Different owners. Different employees and much of the equipment is also different. If you’re talking about the past two years of Medstar where we had more than twice the trucks, money being put back into the company for a change, different management and ALS on every truck then yes you can compare. I am proud to work for Lifestar/Ossipee Valley EMS...and proud to be part of the positive changes of all aspects of operations changed from the previous company/management. We work hard to provide a great service to the community and hope to continue. We have QA/QI programs in place and work closely with BOTH medical resource hospitals to ensure quality of care. We have worked closely with the State Bureau of EMS and have had nothing but positive feedback on both our trucks and facilities and the huge improvements over the previous company/management. We continue to build positive relations with first response agencies and welcome feedback minus the rumor mill. Thank you for listening, I hope people will consider the facts and not rumor mill.

I was replying good things about lifestar. i live in ossipee and i think they are a very good ambulance service. Their ambulances are always in check so i think lifestar would be good for ossipee effingham

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Scorpio

You're in a very romantic and sentimental state today. You're also feeling quite sensitive and vulnerable, so you won't want to be around anyone you find abrasive or aggressive. If you meet someone for the first time now you'll think they're wonderful and your relationship will always involve putting them on a pedestal. But don't be too idealistic. They are human, remember!
