The determination of a good farmer can go a long ways. It makes people proud of you for what you have done in life. It's people like this man that can turn things around to help himself a good person to be around. God Bless You.

Farm life is the best there is! Some of my happiest moments were spent on a farm. Just plain love it!

This is awesome, I am so proud. Yes the farmers with a great attitude do not just sit. I am at a loss of words to type over such an emotional issue. Change and adaptation - not using a handicap sticker/plate to sit and do nothing. I grew up on a farm and this makes me really proud to read.

Breaking New Ground Resource Center is an Indiana treasure. Purdue was out in front on this issue, helping farm families, long before others around the country "caught on." Our family and many others have benefitted from their programs and the networking opportunities they offer. Please note the Indy Star has a typo in their website. It's www.breakingnewground.info .

Mr. Bell shifted his product to strawberries, raspberries and asparagus? Hmmm, suddenly I have the desire to to go out & purchase some Indiana farm grown strawberries, raspberries and asparagus. Good article. Go Boilermakers (from a Ball State Univ. graduate) and continue the good work. Mr Bell, you are definitely an inspiration & perhaps when I think I'm having a bad day, I'll remember your determination & spirit.

I think back to my family and injuries and death. My Grand Dad died result of a tractor roll over, Uncle lost a leg in a grain auger, Dad fell out of a barn and broke his neck, I had a finger mashed off, but was sewn back on and several other minor things. This type of service for the needed is needed. The service is used with the respect it is given. AND YES-- some berries sound good with some sponge cake, cinnamon and milk.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Capricorn

Don't let anyone stand in the way of your progress and don't reveal personal secrets. You could very easily become run down at the moment. An empty promise could leave you feeling sad. If you're working today, there could be some problems: stick to your own work and make sure that someone doesn't try to take credit for your efforts.
