Mortgage Scam

He is very good at scamming and not leaving a paper trail. This guy only has a high school education and worked at Mountain Mikes Pizza before he started his life of crime with Pete Woodward. You should contact an attorney right away. You have been ripped off. Go to your local police department and also send a letter of complaint to the Attorney General. People have already sued him and won. But, have not recieved thier money yet either. You can see some at Stocktoncourt.org . Put in Michael Llamas name under civil. Up will pop up several lawsuits against him and his companies ans well a his family menmbers. All scumbags. One person has won over a million dollar judgement against him. His whole family is involved with these scams. I hope and pray that it is just taking so long because of the investigations against him. He needs to be in jail the rest of his life.

Most of the real estate deals have gone into foreclosures. NOTHING has been "paid off". He gets money by ripping people off like you. This is how he does it. Since the company is in his name or his "investors" he then will go and take out huge loans against the property and or company. loans he will never pay back. More than likely the loan will be in some one elses name . Leaving them holding the bag. He will be off and running with all the money. Homeowners and investors have lost it all. He hides money in off shore accounts and in kids names. He has even used an elderly aunts name and SS number to buy a corvette. All behind her back. His whole family is involved in this, but won't pass up a chance to rip off his own family.

The reason he keeps getting away with this is because he has 2 dirty cops in the family. The DA in Tracy CA is working in favor of them. So , they are able to continue with their life of crime.

I will hope and pray on a daily basis that these criminals will rip off the wrong person and finally pay for their crimes. I was told the best way is to keep bombarding the Attorney Generals office with complaints against them. Don't give up. Never let these monsters think we are letting up on seeing justice done.

I been doing some research and I'm pretty sure that Mike Llamas is in Santa Barbara and Pete Woodard is now in Ventura. If I can get phone numbers and/or addresses I will post them for everyone.

not real recent but, he told my husband and i he was giving us a fresh start program- was suppossed to catch up our pmts, pay off old mortg,fix up house,n sell it,then we would get what was left after his cut(he also paid our rent somewhere else for a year-out of the $ he got out of our home-getting a new loan against it)instead of going on deed with us he had us sign our deed over to him in a sale that we were not paid for! we should have made about $146,000.we got $5,000.00. we ? d this n he said it was part of deal n wed get our share when house sold.it didnt sell and we moved back in n he said we could buy it back for $285,000.oo(we owed about 136 when he took over!we sued n got a judgment which he hasnt paid yet.

All you have to do is read the last 8 pages to find out what he has done. Remember also, that this is only a few people out of the thousands that have been ripped off by these animals. I blame the DA , James Lewis, for not doing his job . Therefore allowing these degenerates to go on and rip off others. I lost my home to these liars. But, I will have my day in court one day. Chase is still investigating the fraud. One day, the FBI will be breaking down their door at 3:00am and drag them all off to jail.

Yes, he meets stupid people who willingly give him money and property. Then they complain.

We are not stupid people. Guilty of trusting this animal, yes. Michael Llamas is a sub-human. He is an evil , evil creep. He will pay for his crimes one day. He has by far , not gotten away with anything. His crimes are so well known here in the U.S., he now has to go to Canada to rip off people. There are investigations on going against him. As well as his father (dirty cop) and his brother(dirty cop). Many others will be arrested too.

Can you tell me if North American Companies is for real? What are their latest successful deals? I got written confirmation that their Co-Founder is a victim of disgruntled clients only and all allegations are false? How can I sort out the truth from allegations from people ranting?
