What you are missing is volume.
The rich do not in sufficient volume to support the entire economy. So you will see some pockets of jobs related to the spending of the rich but not sufficient enough to even cause the economy to burp.
Moreover, they do not spend as high a percentage of their income as those that need to live check to check (how do you think they get rich)?
As far as class warfare, that has been in play by the rich for the last 15 years because only the rich can afford to buy the best government in the world.
As an example when the current tax cuts became effective I did not need the money so my only increased spending effectively was on charities.
That did not do very much to spur the economy.
