No, they aren't too small or too big. They are just tired of people who cannot buy their own containers. Get a life, I think they are non-union, with some things in life we are on our own. Unions have spoiled too many of us. This reminds me of the statement "we have a public restroom but it's broke" better to say that than argue with people. cut the haggling and buy your own garbage cans, that's what I did, check out Ace Hardware they have some very nice ones. I purchased mine ten years ago and, yes, they still work. I think I have invested $0.25 cents per month over the ten years. If coddling is your thing then go to the more expensive folks, they will fix you up.

I no longer have Travis because Im not here long enough to bother with trash pick-up, but when I did or do have Travis, I never have a problem. If the trash was or is missed, I make a phone call and I get an apology and it is picked up that day or the next. Been that way for 16 years. Perfectly satisfied here, and NO; Im not related or a friend of the family. Just an on and off seasonal customer.
