Ok that in extrusion. In scfa it either str8 days or str8 nights and ur days off r just that unless you volunteer overtime

I am supposed to be trained by a training supervisor who is never there to train me on the job.I get so confusied because I'm being trained by every operator out their.When he gave me my last evaluation I did'nt know the first thing he was talking about.How can he assume I know the job when the tranning supervisor is never there to give me any tranning.

Basically you do not get any time off as a factory worker @ Viskase in Osceola. They always call you in

over 28 years with VISKASE, in chicago. VISKASE was good to me. i raised my family, and money in the bank. no problems with the people on higher positions. it was like a big family. proud to be an ex VISKASE EMPLOYEE.

Well every place has favoritism and some assholes but yea u work alot and sometimes u don't but the main point u can put up with the same shit for $8 an hour like what maybe $300 a week or make what me and alot of other employees make between $65,000-$70,000 a year I bring home no less than $700 -$800 a week with uncle Sam paid and shitty insurance before taxes we break $1000 a week easily it's a crazy ass job but just ignore the bullshit that comes with it move on and we can make some damn good money

Do they take applications at the plant ? If so, on what days ? I am in serious need of a job.

they take applications at the plant on the first wednesday of the month. 8am-12pm I think.
