3. Pull up your pants
While fashions change, one thing hasn’t. People wearing their pants sagged below the top of their boxers has had public officials up in arms for years. Five metro cities around Atlanta have banned saggy pants, skirts and shorts – specifically those more than three inches below the wearer’s hips. In Forest Park, Ga., violators can even face a $1,000 fine.
Montgomery County in Alabama levies a $100 fine against juveniles and $150 fine against adults with the slogan:“Raise your pants, raise your image.”
Delcambre, La., was the first town to make it a crime to “show your underwear in public.” There you can face six months in jail for a violation.

Yes we do need to pass the law, I am sick of seeing other people butts. It looks stupid, is very unhygenic and just plain disguisting! How anyone thinks that it looks good is beyond me. Yes, something should be done about this, its not just a fashion statement, it is nasty.

I agree with all your comments it does look ridicules but they cant pass laws for every little thing...this is America whether we like it or not people have the right to dress they way they want....what should be happening is the parents of these teens need to watch how their kids dress and well if they are adults then they are just embarrassing themselves.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Aquarius

Someone is confused and muddled today, making it difficult to talk for long without becoming equally bemused. Avoid making decisions or researching important information, because there's a strong possibility of getting crossed wires, or talking at cross purposes. A memory may also be distorted now, leading to mix-ups or bewilderment.
