This man has had Amnesia since Aug. 31, 2004. Voice experts say he could be from Missouri, please look and listen. If you recognize him, leave a message here, or call FBI Savannah, Ga.- Bill Kirkconnell, thanks.

THIS man could be from MISSOURI. He was savagely beaten in 2004 in GEORGIA. He could have been there for a business trip, a vacation, or moving into the area. If you recognize him, please advise.
The case/doe file shows age regression photos and photos of how he looks today, thanks.
