Bait shop can't clean fish, says Conneaut zoning board

Zoning officials in Conneaut have denied a local bait shop permission to clean fish on the premises, a move that might put the shop out of business, its owner said.

There is a place for cleaning fish, and its not in the middle of a neighborhood. If your business cant survive without this service, then you need to move it, or close. The argument is on the level of the section 8 renters iq that has besieged this town!

tWO BLOCKS AWAY THE FISH CLEANING SERVICE IS PROVIDED AT A CONSIDERABLE COST AND TE ENTRAILS OFTEN OVERFLOW THE TRASH CONTAINERS WHICH ARE not
EMPTIED DAILY and this practice has been going on for years.....now, all of a sudden the competition's application for the same service with better and more frequest disposal of entrails is denied!!!! Who's paying who and who's pocket is wh in or better yet.....another attack of the "good ole boys" and poliictics as ususal in Conneaut......Shame, Shame, Shame!

its a shame that the bait shop down the road is so scared of another bait shop cleaning fish.wheres he dump hisfish waste. lets not close a 50 year buiseness because some are affraid.give him the lisence
