This issue has been raised before and always with the same results. It appears that the political power base that Sanders has built in the Legislature is strong enough to discourage high ranking state officials from tackling this apparent theft of funds. The clever ways the money has been routed to try to hide it's true destination is amazing. The whole thing was exposed years ago but Seigleman needed Hank's votes so nothing was done. If ordinary people tried to get away with some of the things Sanders has done, they would be in prison.
