This administration will do ANYTHING to get this welfare healthcare bill passed. They'll lie and fudge numbers until that doesn't work. THEN they'll create an emotional vote to play on people when the numbers don't add up. THEN they'll stoop so low they'll use a "dead guy" to pass it through.
