Amen to that! The "Selma Times Excuse" is the worst newspaper I've ever seen.

I just can't believe people would tolerate all the goings on there. I guess [jmo] that the people of selma would be the ones to change there situation.Its kinda sad. oh by the way selma is my hometown, I moved from there in 1985, I just hate to see all the mess there. selma has had its good points in its times, just some people turn things around and make them what there not.have a good day all!!

Maybe you can't find it in the newspaper because a good bit of it is speculation. You see, newspapers can get sued...frivilous website that promote more seperation tend to be more in the clear. It is stupid stuff like this website that keeps Selma being such a bad place.

What mess on that website isnt true? Are you saying that the police didnt beat up that poor memeber of the Hollman family or that the police didnt beat up a black man at Selma High School please point out the things that are not true on that site

I agree its high time that the people of Selma get their heads out of the sand.Look around at the industry in Selma, the people that are moving out the crime in this town is something to be very afraid of.
