Last week I found a man's wallet on the street. It had his whole life inside. Numerous credit cards. Also his social security card, and his wife social security card. Along with $100 in cash. I got hold of the OVPD who sent an officer over. He located the man and returned the wallet. The Police Officer later called me and asked if it was ok to release my name and # to the gentleman who got his wallet back. I said ok, not that I was looking for a reward.
Anyway long story short... NOT EVEN A THANK YOU. I mean holy cow, what I saved this guy. Is a simple thank you too much to ask. Did I mention I returned the wallet with the Cash still inside....

We live in thankless world and as I've watched it get worse through the decades, let me say to you THANKS!!! If that was MY wallet I would be overwhelmed with gratitude . Don't let this get you down and stay kind, I am more than sure what goes around comes around. THANK YOU!!!!

I found your post on an Oro Valley, AZ post. Do you live there? We're considering moving there and are from Baldwin County, too.
What's the scoop?
