this is such a huge problem
the state of florida is considering
banning or releasing the liability
of ryders on mortgages
hoas would be unable to enforce any
covenants under the proposed legislation
taxes and insurance have become such a problem in florida that the homeowners are suing their hoas just to pay the mortgages
