Yes. Timeshare solutions has sold my timeshare in on only 5 months. Now I am re-signing with them for another property I own. They have been great for me and my family. I was afraid to pay the upfront fee of $900, but I see now why I did. I trusted my rep, and he sold it for me.

Why is selling a time share any different than any other real estate ? Other real estate agents don't get paid till they selll something ! I recently got some experience with time shares , it's not been plesant !

When Timeshare Solution first contacted me I was very skeptical about doing business with them, especially because they wanted an upfront fee. However, they were all very patient with me and answered all of my questions and after much hesitation I went ahead and had them list my Sheraton timeshare. Surprisingly they were able to get it sold for only $1300 less than what I wanted and it only took them 5 1/2 months! I will certainly recommend them to anyone!

Timeshare Solution/BML helped get my Branson Timeshare sold and took care of everything. I was a little worried about having to pay $900+ upfront, but they did what they promised and sold my timeshare in less than 6 months. Their staff is very courteous and always returned my calls.

Thanks Victoria! Although I was nervous about paying the upfront service cost, I put my confidence in you and your firm, and Im glad to say that my timeshare has sold within only 2 monthes. I accepted the first offer which was about 2000 less than I was asking for. I would reccomend this firm to anyone who wants to sell their timeshare.

Hi, I recently ran across your posts and just wanted to say that I found another great timeshare resell company - Choice Timeshares! They only charge you $89 upfront to market your timeshare and they do a really great job! They sold my Tahiti Village property in only 3 months! Thanks Choice Timeshares!

I also have a Tahiti Village timeshare. I am having trouble finding the Choice Timeshares you list in your post. Can you please provide more information.I tried doing a web search and can not find just a Choice Timeshares site or where they are located]

I'm not sure if it is the same company or not that you guys are talking about, but my parents had Choice Lifetime Timeshares out of Branson sell theirs. I think they charged something like a $90-$100 to do it. They said they were really great.

I didn't see any of you lying pieces of shit listed on the property appraisers page as being property owners..Remember Florids is a Sunshine state and property owners can be looked up.

The phone call I received tonight was very reassuring AND VERY persistent. BUT I after reading the above AND the many people who dealt with the other Timeshare SolutionS I am very glad that I did not bite.
(The caller said he is with 'Solution' NOT 'Solutions', but from reading the comments on both review pages I suspect that it is a shell game that just changes names to keep ahead of those they have ripped off.)
The caller from Timeshare Solution (no S) wanted $900 right now for the marketing costs of the sale. To really entice me, he told me that I would get twice what I expected possible. It was a very hard sale: Tonight is my ONLY opportunity, as "their computer program" only allows them to "contract" with me this one time.
