And to think Wisconsin law doesn't make riders wear helmets or protective clothing, but if you are in a car you better make sure you have your seat belt on!

well i feel for his families loss, but i cannot understand why a man with
his knowledge of motorcycles would not be smarter and wear a helmet, only idiots ride without them and i can't understand how the insurance industry hasn't made it mandatory

I would think that you should be extra careful at all times behind the wheel regardless of what others use as their transportation.

I am always careful, but I am not going to be EXTRA careful, like look at my blind spot 3x because some risk taker is having a mid-life crisis

Yes I forgot about bicyclist, they are even more fun to scare.

A nice loud air horn does wonders for teaching them to get back on the sidewalk with their toys.

I'm very glad to see much less bicycle fags on the road now because a whole lot of people feel the same way as I do

You've obviously never been on a Harley!!!!! Thank god it's a free country and "YOU" don't run it. Not everyone that rides a motorcycle is selfish or irresponsible. Most of us have the same respect for other people on the road as they have for us. It's called respect and it sounds like you are lacking in that area. It's not a hobby it's a way of life. It's transportation. It's also called road safety and if you cannot respect others on the rode whether they be in another car, a truck, a motorcycle or a bicycle then you need to turn in your license.

Have a wonderful day.

He broke his neck, a helmet wouldn't have prevented it. The guy was a standup person and very smart. He was the largest Harley Dealer in the world.

A lot of locals were sore at Bruce Rossmeyer for building his Destination Daytona so far north. It certainly hurt business down here in NSB. But you can't blame someone for wanting to make a buck. Especially someone as charitable and good hearted as he was.

I'll bet the weather is always nice where he is riding now. My most sincere condolences to the family. Peace.

Obviously, Whitee hasn't taken his road test either. "Learning to SHARE the highway." Sounds like he is self-consumed.

He stood up against a corrupt City Commission and took Bike Week with him to destination Daytona. A testament to his smarts, business accumen, and, above all, took a stand.

He'll be missed.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Cancer

Someone dear to your heart isn't exactly a barrel of laughs today, are they? Is it your imagination or are they taking a perverse delight in spreading doom and gloom in all directions? If they've got good reason to be miserable then they deserve your sympathy, but even so it may not last for long. Try to keep active and cheerful, otherwise you'll also develop a tendency to brood.
