Agree with both statements. The staff turnover is ridiculous. I doubt there is one coach still around from 6 months ago. Nonetheless, my kids have made great progress, no matter the coach. And owner Pat is knowledgeable and very caring.
That being said, they seem to have no concept how to run a business. They also recently increased the prices drastically (14% in our case). And now they want to charge a "registration fee" of $50 per child, even for existing customers. And that in MAY, a month before many people disappear into their summer vacation. Makes no sense. Those places that do charge that fee (which we disagree with) do it in August/September. We are OUT at the end of April 2012.
