Have missed you also and thought about you many times. How is BabyGurl doing these days? I've tried to read posts on occasion but have missed a lot. Haven't quite got into the swing of things since I came back from Florida. I'll try to be here periodically. I'm never on at night though and sometimes it's hard for me to get caught up the next day. y'all are a chatty bunch in the evening. lol

I called dr, just lik before the gorl told me she was too bvsy. I told her, "I can't psh any more keys on th ephone. said she's have th enurse call. She said come in at 9:30. Dr gave me some medicine for rheumatoid arthritis, and i have both wrists is splints, up pat first knuckle. Going to be difficult to earn how t do things, especially open my medicine bottles.

Murph your body has been hinting to your mind for weeks to take it a little easier but finally just decided to slap you upside that stubborn head of yours! Hope you get to feeling better really soon, but REMEMBER to BE KIND to YOURSELF!

Home from DENTIST (last visit for three months, thank heavens). I can now raise my arm laterally to my shoulder. Haven't got that far going forward, but am very encouraged. Still plenty of pain.
Murph----may the warmth of the sun penetrate your fingers and wrists and loosen all your joints.
I must eat and rest now.

Murph I hope you're feeling better soon. Maybe a nice nap would do you wonders. I'm getting ready to take a quick on myself. Let's both chill out for awhile and chat later.

Aw Murph, I'm praying you get relief soon.

I just received a call from the VA, saying x-ray shows shoulder may have a tear.
I already have a follow-up on May 15----if I'm not over this, they'll do an MRI (and I'll beg for a cortisone shot too).
Think I'll take my own advice (for once) and envision the warm sun healing that area.
