I wondered if it had been made after 3:00, the time GA was supposed to have gone to work. It might have been made by a babysitter if that were the case. It sure would be VERY interesting to know when that highchair video was captured but according to the wicker blinds and the view of the outdoor patio, it was not taken at the Anthony home. I never noticed that particular vidoe being officially released in discovery though, and I don't think it's possible to read the data off an uploaded YouTube video. But I do think it was intentionally leaked by authorities for the purpose of making the real killer squirm... How unusual would that be for a murdered two year old to have identified her captor on video "Dick, you!".

I'm just jotting down some things, as I am reading that sort of jump out at me which would be interesting to discuss, if anyone want to..... Chapter 1 - the account of picking up the Sunfire differs. George and Cindy both went together the first time, as opposed to George alone who discovered he needed Cindy as the car was registered in both names. The first story - both needing to be present because the car was registered in both names - was always kind of odd because BOTH parties are never required to be present for ant other type of transaction involving a jointly registered vehicle. - SIMON BURCH.....what happened to Mr Birch? - page 2 They discussed how long the tow yard had held the car. "Three weeks, " Burch said. (Huh? June 30 to July 15th is not three weeks. How long had the car been there, in that the Amscot tow slip does appear to be bogus? This puts the stories which place the car at Amscot - Ms Sanchez, Tony, Amy's and Jesse's all into question.) - page 3 As soon as George opened the door, Burch was struck by a terrible, overpowering odor coming from the inside of the car. "Whoa, that stinks," said Burch. "Yeah, that's pretty rough, " said George. (Is Jose Baez insinuating George did something to make the car stink and open it up in the presence of Mr Burch so he was witness to the smell?) more....

page 11/12 Hosey then spoke on the phone with Detective Yuri Melich, the detective on call...... Detective Melich arrived at the Anthony home around 1:00am. (Major contradiction to YM getting called by dispatch at about 4pm. Casey's handwritten statement was written at about 1am also. Was it written before or after he arrived?....assuming she wrote it...) page 15 The car was in the garage of the Anthony home with the trunk open. As the police were coming in and out of the house that night, they entered through the garage. Any of them could have smelled the car, and not one said a word about it. Even though George had told him (Melich), "The car smells of death," the detective was either grossly incompetent or believed the smell from the car came from the trash that had been in the car, as apparently did all the police on the scene. (Why TWO separate bags were photoed, as being collected from the car, has never been answered.) page 17 What Cindy wanted Melich to know was that on the day Caylee disappeared, the ladder on the outdoor above-ground swimming pool was up, meaning Cayloee wouold have had access to the pool. (Interesting how Cindy would remember the specific day the ladder was left up on the pool a month later, because at the time she thought the date Casey and Caylee left the house was June 9th, NOT June 16th. It's equally interesting she can remember that ladder date so well but forgot she and Caylee went to visit her father at the Mount Dora nursing home on Father's Day, until police later confirmed it to be.) more....

Is this true, and if it is why hasn't it ever been shown by the media? A different Casey? page 18 In Orlando, the police like to do perp walks, where they take the accused out of the police station and march them in front of television cameras. The TV and newspaper reporters then ask the suspect questions.....So the cops handcuffed her and walked her out. In front of the one camera crew that appeared, Casey didn't answer a single question. page 19 and Jose's story is a relative of an inmate called him and that's how he became involved in the case. He goes on to contradict himself.... She immediately got herself a lawyer (yours truly)....The judge held her without bond, which was odd. Casey had a public defender at this point (she hadn't yet hired me). page 23 and Jose Baez arrives at the Booking and Release Center... A public defender, who was also waiting to see Casey asked me, "Who are you?" I explained I had gotten a call to come see her. "This case has been in the news," he said, "and I just came down to talk her not to talk to anyone because detectives might be coming by. ********* This is the THIRD different account of June 17th, Casey's first day following her arrest. 1. A FEMALE public defender was assigned to her according to media reports and was present at her 8am bond hearing. 2. Jose Baez and Jose Garcia were present with Casey for that 8am bond hearing, via video from the jail. 3. Now an unknown MALE public defender was also somehow involved.

So Casey brought a police report with her to jail? Huh? Something sounds a little not right about that..... page 24 I kept reading, and the report said that she hadn't seen her child in thirty days and that she had led police to an apartment that had also been vacant for 142 days.......She said she dropped off Caylee at the babysitter's home thirty days before. ***** So very unusual dates are never mentioned yet someone counts backward 142 days the apartment was vacant! Baez also mentions the manager of the apartment complex is a HE. Where did Amamda Macklin come from? Back to the THIRTY DAYS........Casey's original handwritten statement said she dropped off Caylee on June 9th. But if on July 15th when Cindy called 911, Casey told authorities she had dropped Caylee off THIRTY DAYS prior that would have been on Father's Day, Sunday June 15th...NOT June 9th. And who would Casey have dropped Caylee to spent Fathers Day with, but her paternal side of the family (Grunds!). The circle is closing!

page 28 - referring to Cindy After June 9, there was a story every day. "Casey would say,'I have to crash at work and I'm going to leave Caylee with Zanny.' Casey never came home." ***** I'm getting the sense Presumed Guilty is clearly implying the June 9th date that Casey and Caylee left the Anthony home is right! Cindy recounted a remarkably good memory for each and every story Casey gave her. So how could she be a week out in her dates, if she was given a story for every day?

okay...where was I.... Oh ya, the 30 days that later became 31 days even though LE shaved off an entire week by changing the date of the nursing home visit from June 8th to June 15th. I recall Cindy saying in one interview she believed Casey worked for Universal OR Hark Rock. This must be the reason why -- page 28 Another time, she said, Casey called to say she and a coworker at Universal, Juliet Lewis, were going to stay at the Hard Rock Cafe in Tampa, Florida, because they were working at a convention......Universal was paying for Zanny's room as well.... (Then come the car accident)...... Casey told Cindy that Zanny started vomiting and passing out--she had a laceration behind her ear that no one have noticed and needed stitches. Zanny, said Casey, was having difficulty breathing.... (A real bizarre scenario!)

This is sort of funny! 'The Classroom' where JOse Baez met with Casey that he suspected the intercom had been left on because they heard clicking was actually where the inmates held bible study. "Sitting there, you felt like you were in a fishbowl."

Jose Baez doesn't much care for Tony Pipitone and it pizzed him off how much the cops talked to the media.(When the shovel was taken away wrapped, a reporter thought it was a shotgun which Casey had used to shoot Caylee! Drammmmaa!) page 33 He said to me, "What's your reaction to the fact that cadaver dogs have just hit on something in the Anthony's backyard?".... When Pipitone turned off the camera, he said to me. "Sorry we had to sandbag you like that, but they just hit. The cops are digging up the body right now. I guess it's time for you to start working on your insanity defense.

She said that Universal was paying for Zanny’s room as well and that Caylee and Annabelle were rooming with Zanny. Casey called on June 21, a Saturday morning, to say she would be home by noon, but then, Cindy said, she waited all day for Casey to come home. At 5:30 P.M. Casey called to say that they had one last meeting so they were leaving Sunday—the next day—instead. But on Sunday she called to say that Zanny’s roommate, a woman by the name of Raquel Farrell, was with them, and they were all going to go to see the animals at Busch Gardens. As a result, said Cindy, they stayed one more night. They were expected to return home on Monday, June 23, but then Casey said a terrible thing happened. Zanny got in a car accident. Zanny had a concussion, and Farrell had a broken arm. I don't remember hearing that anywhere before. He used that as part of his theory that Julie Lewis didn't exist. Just because she didn't show, doesn't mean she doesn't exist!

If anything, maybe it's an example of how facts can we gently massaged to point guilt in one direction or another. But it's simply too farfetched and convoluted that George would abandon Casey's car smelling like it either had or did contain a dead body, knowing it would get towed just so when he retrieved it he could arrive with gascans and let the lot manager get a whiff of the smell, and after tossing Caylee's body around the corner of the family home.....especially when it was said Cindy drove past Amscot on her way to and from work. And if that were true, it would have been George coersing false testimony from Amy, Jesse and Tony about Casey knowing the car was there, which is equally convoluted because if she knew it smelled so bad, why would she want to take retrieve it? If she had $1200 to pay Jose's retainer, she certainly had money to get a tank of gas from the adjacent gas station. I suppose Jose Baez would write the abandoned car incident to another aspect there just is no answer to.......
