Mr, Padilla is not a licensed bondsman in the State of Florida therefor he can not post the bond. Tony will have to have a licensed and appointed bondsman write and post the bond for him.

I think I saw in another O sent article that he is licensed in multiple states(one of those being Florida) and therefore can post bond...

I am extremely upset at the way this has gone. It seems that the entire Anthony family has gained notierity ... getting a spokesperson, appearing on talk shows, and now even getting armed guards! What about Caylee? Why not put all that effort into finding out where she is or what happened to her? I hope that she is found and, if not, then I hope that this family pays for whatever happened to her. This is unbelievable ... and to think that it happened in the area I live in. Casey Anthony is full of shit! I do not care what happens to her. If it were my child, I would not leave a stone unturned. She has sat in jail for 34 days without talking. She says that she knows who has her child one day and then the next day she says she does not know. What is wrong with this mother?

This whole scenario is pathetic. My thoughts and prayers are with angel Caylee and all other missing and abused children, NOT the latest Anthony circus sideshow.

"Dick said he and Padilla will also provide security for Anthony and her family once she is released." Wow! The Anthony family now has their own posse! And who, I wonder, is paying for that? Can't wait to see these thugs surrounding the dysfunctional family when they go out in public.

Can you say - Publicity Stunt!!! That is the reason why this guy is involved and that is the only reason. He also said, "I don't think the little baby is dead. I think the baby is alive, and we can find her." I think this morons cowboy hat is on a bit too tight. She is dead you reject and we all know that Casey is involved. The writing cant be any more clearer than it is.

Real nice..."once she has the comforts of home she might talk..." oh I was so worried about that!!! What about Caylee having the comforts of HOME!! Who gives a BIG Da-a-a-m-n about this wench? She needs her nails painted and a hot shower? WHAT she really needs is some nails driven through her palms and a HOT gas chamber shower. GRRR this burns my a.

I would think if this was an option the Anthony family would have already done it.

I think they should leave her in jail but not isolated and let the other jailmates encourage her to talk with alitlle of pressure and ***kicking. They are letting her off to easy by keeping her hiden behind her own cell.

Casey is guilty of murder and all you have to do is look at the way she hid from everyone while in jail. She cannot talk or meet with family because she will incriminate herself and her lawyer has advised her to plead the fifth. When the DNA comes back then Casey will be charged and the real story will come forth.

there is no privileged conversation between a bondsman and their "bondee", so let's hope she runs her mouth to him.

Sad to say, I'm not really surprised by this; even if she'd been charged with murder one, there would still be people working overtime trying to get her out of jail. I have to agree with others, this bail bondsman is in it purely for publicity. I mean, aren't there any cases involving missing children closer to his home state? But then again, those cases haven't gotten national attention.... I don't know if she realizes it, but as many people who are really angry w/ Casey about what happened to her daughter, keeping her in jail would probably be the safest course of action.
