Come on Barrack... Nolle Prosequi is only temporary thing. You should know in a case of murder there is no statute of limitations so tick tock tick tock.. sooner or later the final piece of the puzzle will rise up and then BAM she goes to prison.

If you read my post you will see I said nothing about the murder. I clearly stated Kathy's character... I know she stoled and I know she flirted with all the guys. I wrote Chuck a letter and he responded to me today.. He told me He did not kill Brad.. After all what does he have to lose, he is already paying the ultimate price.. I believe him and he asked me to help him and that's is exactly what I plan to do. I know all the characters in this play and I know them inside and out. Why was he not charged with pulling the trigger? Kathy told me she was up stairs and she heard a sound like a fire cracker.. She had gun powder on her clothing. I know Kathy is a Pathological liar.. I know how she can manipulative all situations I have seen it. If (And I believe him) Chuck did not kill Brad the Murderer is still walking the streets and needs to pay for this crime. I plan on writing Chuck again and asking his permission to tell his story.. I know both of them and if I had to believe one or the other it is Chuck. I have witnessed Kathy do underhanded things to Brad and others. In time it will all be exposed. Tim Give me a break. You worked there and I know you witnessed a lot! If Chuck didn't kill Brad, then why the heck did he lead law enforcement to the murder weapon and confess to the crime (I did it to protect a poor little abuse victim, blah, blah, blah...)? If he didn't kill Brad why didn't he try to get a better deal for himself by cooperating with law enforcement from the get-go or by cooperating with the prosecution when it came time for Kathy's trial? If he was innocent, the prospect of serving LWOP should have shaken his tongue loose a long time ago. Is he that big of a dumbass??? He has had plenty of time to spill the beans about what he knows and to implicate any other conspirator or guilty party. There isn't a statute of limitations on murder, so if he ever comes to his senses and decides to do the right thing all he has to do is start talking.

Maybe someday he'll get a clue that for every year he's spending behind bars, someone else is running around free and proving him to be the world's biggest fool.

I am not trying to give you a hard time. I just believe none of us truely knows what happened that horrible morning. We all have our theroies but NO ONE knows but Kathy and Chuck.

I did work there and I did see a lot of stuff that was strange. All the talk about Brad beating Kathy and Kathy having affairs with scumbags. There was constant talk about Brad and Kathy's relationship. I always hated the drama,I went there to work not hear about my Boss's personal life. One time I even pulled Brad aside and shared with him all the rumors people were talking hoping he would put a stop to it. Brad thought it was funny and had his "tell me more" look.

When I left Raver Roofing it was just me Brad and Chuck working. We worked together hand in hand for weeks. There was a lot of tension and Chuck was upset with Brad.He was talking stupid stuff about being with Kathy. I had heard all that before from others and at the time I just wrote him off as an idiot. Looking back I don't know he was not the first to talk that same talk. I have to think Kathy had to be leading these men on. HAD TO BE. How could different people who never met each other have the exact same story 2 years apart???

At this point almost 5 years later,I have no clue who pulled the trigger or even why. I know it saddens me that my friend is gone. I think of him often and will miss him FOREVER.
