Woman found dead in ditch along Interstate Highway 55

I was an elementary school teacher for Angela in Lockport. Everything everyone is saying about Angela is absolutely true. We are all grieving the loss of a wonderful young lady.

I talked to Justin shortly after this happened. He was really upset I think there was more to the story then what he told me. I think he will get charged with manslaughter.

He isnt in Jail he went to funeral

He went to jail after the funeral i duno what day or anything, but for a case completely different from this one. He hasn't been charged with any of this I duno if he will or not. I really miss Angie tho

Justin is currently in custody in Dupage County Jail. We have had so much love & support shown for Angela. It has been very touching to know how many lives she touched by being her sweet self! She was an angel here on Earth and now she is with them in Heaven. We are all better just by knowing her.

3 DUIs in 2008. This guy should have been behind bars the day Angela died.

I know Justin very well and he had nothing to do with what happened. He may not have have the best record but has the best heart. Its a shame that Angela passed but lets not make Justin look like the bad guy. He puts everyone fist and is very respectful. Angela had drugs in her system, Justin had not. I wish everyone would stop putting him down, if it happened the other way around would we be praising him and putting her down.

I thought that if someone enable another to do or use drugs that he would have been charged for something. I am so sorry for the family of Angela Costello. My prayers go out to them. She took the drugs... she killed herself. Simple. Lets not blame other people for someone's own actions. Some people need to accept that she wasnt miss goody two shoes....nor was he. BUT she took the drugs!!!!

She was all drugged out on pain pills, when your a drug addict these things happen.

No she died of hypothermia, yes she was on drugs, but he still should have called the cops after the car broke down in negative degree weather, he's a selfish asshole bc he had drugs on him and chose those over saving her life, he deserves to rot in hell

Both of them were on xanex, they where driving and ran outta gas with barely any cell battery. It was winter and cold. They started walking and she fell out. He tried to carry her but soon fell out too. When they found him he wad almost dead laying in freezing water, they saved him but it was too late for her.
