Investigator: Charge Dale with 6 gun-range felonies

If he got behind an opened car door-- he felt his life was in danger,so i think he had his gun out.I would not drop my gun if he was pointing his finger.

hes lucky he didnt get himself shot. a sanford airport cop at a volusia county gun club. he had no right to pull or act like he was pulling a gun on anyone not in his own county especially when off duty he should be charged with the crimes and put in jail. yet another "cop" taking the law into his own hands airport cops just as bad a collages cops nothing more than a rent a cop

Bubba finally did something in a county where he hasn't paid off the locals and look what happened. It was only a time before this guy got caught doing something really stupid and here it is. And the fact that he is hiding behind being a law enforcement officer is an embarrassment to those of us who actually care about this. He is no more a cop than he is a pilot because he runs the airport. And by the way, since he is hiding behind that badge it might be a good idea to file a civil suit against him in Federal court-another place where he hasn't paid off the officials.

Let's see this thing go it's course through the legal system.
Follow the recommendations of the investigator.
If Dale's innocent, he'll be able to prove it :)

He has been pulling his gun on people for years. Boaters who have stepped onto state lands along the river have been accosted by him and held at gunpoint. He did it to my son and his friends, and when I went to file a police report and request a grand jury investigation, Sheriff Don Eslinger told me: As long as I am sheriff, there will be no actions filed against Larry Dale. It appears that Wolfinger is as deep into their group of racketeers as anyone. He has the FBI in his pocket - after all, he is one of Georges friends, with all the fundraising he does. Crist is nothing but a Bush brother with a different name, but with enough pressure he will suspend Dale.

Most law enforcement officers respect the jurisdiction of other police agencies. 1) Given that this was a private club he should have contacted the management for them to intervene and 2)a skilled law officer would have used education to correct the situation not armed force.
Larry Dale seems to suffer from a God complex. The next thing you know when a misguided eagle builds it's nest by the airport, Larry will pick it off with his long range, infared, night vision telescoping rifle. He saves the airport and keeps the Audubon Society out of his hair! All the while improving his shooting skills.

Lying is bad enough. But setting that example for your 11-year-old daughter is sick. Letting your daughter anywhere near that loser redneck Daryl McLain shows bad judgment as well.

What the heck was the clown doing in Volusia County? He has his own
hunting empire over at the Seminole dump! And using McLain as a witness? Daryl has his head so far up Larry's butt, he couldn't see anything.

Dale must be out of his mind as well as out of his jurisdiction. Ask any cop and see if he would approach armed persons in the woods and demand they put down their weapons without drawing his own gun. Sounds like his 11 year old is getting a lesson in how to protect the gravy train. And why is he in another county with a politician who is seeking office in Orange County?

What an embarresment this implant has been to our home. For Sheriff Eslinger to say that is even more troubling. However we feel the Sheriff will do the right thing. This scum bag Dale needs to go. Period. His days are numbered here. We will prevail on ousting our trash. McLain is a sad excuse for commissioners. Slowly but surely we will clean up Sanford & Seminole county & get Sanford Airport back to where it was & planned by the ones that proposed

I Have seen him in action and he is not intersted in anyone but himself.

Between Larry, Daryl, and Ralph Eriksson, I feel sorry for the residents and anyone else who passes through Seminole County. Sounds like Moe, Larry and Curley are out of control and are each trying to out do each other in making the county look bad.
