Excellent post, as usual. You are absolutely correct! I guarantee you that the FBI has all the goods they need on Casey's little escapades -- some of which will show Caylee was present during her mother's "sessions. This case is going to get so ugly before all is said and done. Cindy needs to wake up and smell the coffee and quit this publicity mess that she is doing. I hope that when she sees this particular photo she will understand why people feel the way they do about her daughter and her; however, I doubt it will happen. I am totally amazed everyday with this case.

The bottom line is, if there is a gag order it will only benefit baez and his team, because if they can't keep the public aware that the child could be missing and not dead, the only assumption once everything goes quiet, would be she is dead. The Anthony's know well and good that caylee is dead, they have know for a long time. They wasting precious people's time and money. Why would Strickland allow this??? This really isn't helping casey and when the trial is over, i can just hear she didn't get a fair trial, but remember the anthony's wanted the circus to continue. I will always wonder why george didn't want a proper buriel for caylee. I know why cindy doesn't, because it's all about her.

I agree. LE has a lot more evidence. During George's FBI interview, didn't he state he had NOT told Cindy about the pictures the investigators had? Well, if she listened to George's tape, she does now.

When Eyewitness News obtained an email from Larry Garrison, it was handed over to the FBI because of the explosive evidence inside. The email says Cindy gave investigators the wrong hairbrush when they asked for Caylee's brush in late July to compare DNA from her hair to the hair they found in Casey's trunk, where it smelled of death.

Eyewitness News told the FBI about it and now they're investigating whether Cindy has tried to sabotage the investigation. Our reporter confronted Cindy about the email and she said she did not purposely give investigators the wrong hairbrush.

"Did I go around and find all the hairbrushes? No, but it wasn't deception," said Cindy.

Cindy Anthony tries to give the appearance that she's cooperating with investigators, but Eyewitness News has learned she and her husband George have been stalling for weeks to answer their follow-up questions in the investigation.

Then Tuesday, a controversial email surfaced. It appears that the Anthonys' former spokesman, Larry Garrison, says he confronted Cindy by email about why she gave Casey's hairbrush, instead of Caylee's hairbrush, to investigators who wanted a DNA sample.

Garrison said Cindy's emailed response was: "I never lied. I just never went to my bathroom to get the hairbrush that I used only for Caylee."

I work with professional photo editors, and that pic has not been altered. Porn industry shoots usually have a makeup artist on site to ensure that the girls all have a similar look. The trend these days is to be very heavily made up. A normal shoot would include thousands of pictures as well as video. If the FBI placed some kind of injunction on the production company prior to the photos being published, that would explain why they haven't surfaced before now.

In my opinion, this is a picture of Kasey, and is part of a large portfolio of material that was never published. These are the photos that made George physically ill, as he stated in his FBI interview.
