It is that the authoritative person who has governmental custody of and can interpret the birth certificate (it being irrelevant whether COLB or some other) on behalf of the legal jurisdiction (Hawaii) has definitively stated that your President Obama was born in the United States of America and the Republic for which it stands as a natural born citizen.
