Some people buy into any conspiracy theory, but to buy into this one is too funny. Does anyone here realize how a Presidential candidate is checked out before he/she can even become one? The Clinton's are known to fight hard and dig up dirt. Obama ran against Hillary for months. If there had been a problem with a birth certificate she would have used it every day. Not only that, the Republicans had all that extra time while Hillary was fighting Obama to dig up dirt on him. Was a birth certificate an issue? LOL NO. The USSC has rule on this already and it is a public record. Obama's home State has re-certified it after extensive checking and that is public. The birth certificate is online for anyone here to view. I have seen it certified by his home State. To believe in this conspiracy theory is silly. Come up with a better one like the one about Obama having an affair with his male driver and doing crack. There might be something to that one for real just as Bush did coke but the problem is Americans do not care if someone did drugs in the past. Bush was President after already having a criminal record. He had at least one DUI and his VP has had three! Find something more realistic than this dumb topic that will go nowhere. I like the one about him doing crack with his driver and getting oral sex from a man. I believe that one might be true. The Democrats pulled this same crap with Bush. It happens every time. Thank God I am not a Democrat or Republican!

How would anyone satisfy those type of nonsense requests? "private information about [a] public figure that does not reveal the operations or activities of government 'falls outside the ambit of the public interest'". Reporters Comm., 489 U.S. at 775. See also Billington v. Department of Justice, 11 F. Supp. 2d 45, 62 (D.D.C. 1998)(although public officials in some circumstances have diminished privacy, they maintain privacy interests in nonpublic information). This is why duly authorized individuals can require to see the documents, but not every Tom, Dick, and redneck Harry at large. What is so hard to understand about PRECEDENT? I know you didn't go to college, davy, but you should at least know how to look that word up. If a college education is what your touting when you cant even search the web and believe IDE is the premier technology well then I am glad I only put in two years before going out and starting my first company... Otherwise there might be one more bitter and twisted and angry liberal here...

BTW, since he was president of the Harvard Law Review, he EARNED his honors. It is sad little people like you who try to twist every little detail to diminish others. Let's not forget that he became President of the Harvard Law Review as a result of Harvard's decision to lower their standards to make it easier for minorities to qualify. Before Harvard made that decision, the President of the Harvard Law Review was always the student with the highest GPA.

It was in the court case document that I posted wayyyy back when..but, in their response to the Strunk lawsuit (Case No. 1:08-CV-02234) the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Homeland Security stated that the "birth certificate (was) released to the public at the direction of President Obama."(Response 33) Notice, they did not say the "Certification of Birth"..which it was... but made a huge mistake by assuming that the "Certification" and "Certificate" were one and the same. http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/wp-content/upl...

I have demonstrated many times that my web search capabilities are far superior to yours and the fact that IDE drives are a better fit for our computers is neither here nor there.

Chattanooga Koo Koo wrote: LOL, Birth certificate is fine, but keep up the faith and maybe you nuts can come up with some conspiracy theory. The American public actually voted for Obama in a landslide last November. He has the will of the people because he did not need to steal an election. What this President says will in fact be done. Deal with it for the next eight years and get a job or something. If you believe "the birth certificate is fine", you should be urging Obama to authorize its release to the public. Wouldn't it be great to prove all "nutter" wrong and get this issue behind him? If he has nothing to hide, he shouldn't be dragging this through the courts.

You are nothing but another bitter lying nutter who has to diminish someone else in order to feel big. You are "TOTALLY WRONG" and clueless. First of all, I said nothing about Obama's admission to Harvard only his election as president of the Harvard Review. Now, here's substantiated proof of my allegations: "Until the 1970's the editors were picked on the basis of grades, and the president of the Law Review was the student with the highest academic rank...That system came under attack in the 1970's and was replaced by a program in which about half the editors are chosen for their grades and the other half are chosen by fellow students after a special writing competition. The new system, disputed when it began, was meant to help insure that minority students became editors of The Law Review." "Mr. Obama was elected after a meeting of the review's 80 editors" who had been chosen under the new program. http://www.nytimes.com/1990/02/06/us/first-bl...

Many, Many people all over the world would like Obama to stop his legal fights against the release of his birth certificate so everyone can be assured of the transparency he promised over and over again.

So now Africa is the continent of his birth ad last year Obama wwas born after his parents Scr*wed under the Edmund Stennis Bridge in Selma in 1965. Guess what? Maybe this indictes he wasn't born in Hawaii. Phony jpg image. Photos of alleged COLB, not original. No hospital of birth or attending physician. He has to pay you sychophants to defend a birth certyificate you all know is phony. Very bizarre. But if he sells Aunt Ester to tribal chiefs and marries a gay purple butted baboon, everyone will be happy.
