A CITY COP WAS CHARGED yesterday with repeatedly raping his two daughters beginning nine years ago, officials said.
The 10-year NYPD veteran, whose name and address were not released to protect the identities of his alleged victims, turned himself in at a Queens precinct near where he lives, officials said.
The cop, who works in Manhattan and was suspended immediately, was arraigned in Queens Supreme Court last night on multiple counts of rape, sex abuse and incest for allegedly abusing his daughter, now age 15, between September 2001 and December 2004, prosecutors said.
The case came to light after the teen came forward with her story, officials said.
A judge released the officer on his own recognizance, prosecutors said.
Police said the cop also raped another daughter, now 20, beginning nine years ago.

Windermere is the the richest town in Central Florida. The city came under the spotlight in November 2009 after Tiger Woods crashed his SUV inside the nearby gated Isleworth community, where he lived at the time.

You'd think they ought to be able to afford top-notch law enforcement officers.

But it looks like they settled for the bottom of the barrel: Nearly half the agency's officers, including Saylor, took jobs in Windermere after resigning from other agencies while under investigation, according to the Sentinel.

Yesterday, Windermere Town Manager Cecilia Bernier relieved Police Chief Daniel Saylor of his duties without pay.

It seems Saylor terminated an investigation by his department into the sexual battery of a child to keep a friend from going to jail, according to FDLE officials.

The friend, 50-year-old Scott Bush, also of Windermere, was arrested Wednesday for capital sexual battery of a person under 12 and sexual touching of a person under 12 years of age. Those charges carry a possible sentence of life in prison if he is convicted, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

The arrest affidavit said Saylor even destroyed investigative notes related to the investigation into Bush.

The case against Saylor stems from a report filed by a Windermere teenager who accused Bush of sexually molesting her for years, according to a copy of the Feb. 6, 2009, report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.

Several current and former officers have a history of legal troubles: drug abuse, domestic violence, lying and assault, according to court and police records reviewed in six counties by the Orlando Sentinel.

The day after Tiger Woods crashed, the department broke protocol by revealing details of the incident to the national media. International attention followed, as well the ire of law enforcement officials for undermining the crash investigation. One of the officers left his beat on the day of Woods' crash to reach the scene, according to the Sentinel.

The former Top Cop has been charged with two felony charges — one count of giving unlawful compensation for official behavior and one count of official misconduct.

A Walt Disney World Resort bus driver has been placed on paid leave after a physical confrontation between the driver and a guest that was captured on video and uploaded toYouTube.com .

In the video, which the YouTube poster says was shot at Disney's Hollywood Studios, a person shoves and chokes the driver of the bus in what appears to be an unprovoked attack.

According to the video description, the would-be passenger in the video was upset when the driver told him that he and his family would have to wait for another bus to take them to Epcot.

The description says the video starts in the middle of the incident, missing "the most intense part of this fight."

From the video description: "A man and his wife with her baby were waiting for the bus. There wasn't enough room on the bus so the bus driver told them he would call another one. The man was enraged and threw the baby at the bus driver. The woman got her baby and moved back away from them."
