CASEY: Does the State Have the Goods to Convict?

Well after the deadline that Judge Peery imposed for the defense witness list had expired, baez added Drs. Weitz and Danziger. These two doctors were to impart information supporting the NOT EVIDENCE or TRUTHFUL opening statement.

At the same time (past the deadline) Patricia Young was added to the defense witness. A few weeks later, defense witness Patricia Young
caused the disqualification of 50 potential jurors. That occurred just a fee days after another woman attempted to taunt the jury pool.

Had the DEFENSE witness nor caused the dismissal of 50 potential jurors, the jury might have consisted of people who were smart.

DC was looking at/for pavers, did kc lie and tell them that pavers were marking the dumping site, instead of the creepy KinderCare day care center sign that marked her resting place?

"It was the first time I had ever heard anyone in my family offer it up that they were willing to look for a deceased Caylee," he testified. "Prior to that,[it was] not even within the realm of anyone's mindset. I was quite angry."

Lee Anthony's testimony contradicted what his mother, Cindy, had said on the stand just minutes earlier. When asked the same question, she simply said, "No sir, I did not."

Yuri Melich, the lead detective in the case, was called to the stand after Lee Anthony stepped down. The detective testified that Cindy Anthony had told him about sending the private investigator and another man out to the woods off Suburban Drive.

it was only because the defense witness got BUSTED IN THE ACT that casey didn't get the tainted (smart) jury.

had defense witness p. young not been BUSTED telling the 50 people that casey was guilty -- baez would have gotten the TAINTED pro guilt jurors to convict his own client.

It's equally possible Young's mission was to intentionslly disqualify the entire 50 protential juror pool because one or more of them in it had a krown hidden agenda.

What a coincidence that the defense had 3 years to compile their witness list but Young was added just a few weeks prior. The woman who caused 50 jurors' dismissal. Was Rosalie Bowlin in court to target the juror(s) to identify the person who would disqualify potential jurors?

DC has ALWAYS maintained that cindy wasn't told anything about it until weeks later.

Anthony is being sued by Zanaida Gonzalez for defamation after Casey claimed a woman with that name kidnapped Caylee. The defamation trial is scheduled to begin in January, and Anthony will be called as a witness by Zanaida's lawyers.

"Casey was asked by Zenaida's lawyers if she has a book deal, and if she has been paid an advance, if she has a television, movie, or media deal or if she has a benefactor supporting her," a source close to the case tells RadarOnline.com . "She will be forced to answer who has given her money and how she has been able to live for the past year without having a job . This will be important for the jury to hear because Zanaida is seeking unspecified damages."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in her last probation report Anthony claimed she is unemployed and has no income whatsoever.

According to reports, Anthony is “annoyed” that she has to testify at the upcoming tria,l but Zenaida's lawyer minces no words, saying Anthony has only herself to blame.

Too bad! Yes, we heard that Ms. Anthony was annoyed that she was going to have to testify at the trial," John Dill, Gonzalez's attorney previously told RadarOnline.com . "This was all brought on by Ms. Anthony herself, she is the one that started down this road and it's time that she be held to answer for her actions. Zenaida's life has been absolutely upended by Ms. Anthony's actions, so, no, I don't feel bad that she is upset. Again, she brought this all on herself."

The infamous "Tot Mom" wants to leave Florida as soon as legally possible and is eyeing a move to the central American paradise of Costa Rica. Anthony has been in hiding in Florida since she was acquitted, but has recently been making forays back out in to the public, virtually unrecognizable due to the amount of weight she has gained. Anthony is currently on probation for one year after pleading guilty to writing bad checks and is required to live in Florida. Once Casey's probation ends later this summer, she plans on ditching the sunshine state for Costa Rica.

A fund has been established to help pay for Zanaida Gonzalez's legal fees, and donations can be made online Dill also said that Casey's mom, Cindy Anthony, would most likely be called as a witness at the trial.

TL testified the last time he saw Caylee was June 2nd at the pool. Whoever had a pad of preprinted OCSO witness statement forms was obviously busy filling in the time gap for the week following June 9th. It would be interesting to learn the story behind the commissioner who witnessed all those statements. Really, what police officer speaking with witnesses would hand them a blank statement form with a see ya later.

Maybe Jose Baez will shred apart the from-the-outside-looking-in timeline in his upcoming book?

#1 - lee didn't say it was "DOMINIC CASEY" who cindy authorized to look for caylee in OCTOBER

#2 - DOMINIC CASEY testified that he did not go into the woods until NOVEMBER - and did so without cindy's knowledge or permission.

#3 - DOMINIC CASEY'S TESTIMONY was consistent with his statement to police and the fbi.

#4 - you are pointing out sht that was part of the DEFENSE CASE....
not the prosecution's case.

the defense isn't there to prove casey's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt via a conspiracy with her family or their lunatic investigators.

that is something the PROSECUTION would have brought to the table -- if it had any merit whatsoever.

the jury must look at the PROSECUTION case to determine guilt. not the DEFENSE case.

So do you figure Casey Anthony's appeal of the lying charges with conclude by next January or do you have a lousy memory? The reported judge's ruling was NOT that THE Casey Anthony was forced to answer questions - it was that the defense were required to turn over the address of whichever Casey Anthony M&M was interested in serving a subpoena to.

The Clerk of the Court records indicate it was UNSERVED.

A judge has made it official: Casey Anthony does not have to answer questions about her daughter’s death in a civil lawsuit, at least not right now.

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation. When two-year-old Caylee Anthony went missing, her mom Casey told police a woman named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, who worked as her nanny, kidnapped little Caylee.

Gonzalez says she suffered after Anthony’s accusations went public, and now her attorneys want Anthony to answer questions about her daughter’s disappearance to prove she was making false statements about their client.

Anthony stood trial last year, accused of killing her daughter. She was found not guilty of murder, but was convicted on four counts of lying to law enforcement. She is now appealing those four convictions.

Three months after that July verdict, Anthony had to give a deposition in Gonzalez’s defamation case, but invoked her 5th Amendment right to remain silent in response to almost 60 questions.

Gonzalez’s attorneys then filed motions to compel her to answer their questions, but on Thursday, Judge Lisa Munyon ruled that Anthony can invoke her 5th Amendment rights for now, because she is in the process of appealing the four convictions of lying to police.

Melich's testimony was important, as earlier in the day Cindy Anthony had denied telling him that "her people" had searched that area.

It's like the jury. The state has witness after witness who testified that Caylee's dead body
was in casey's trunk for a few days before being dumped at the remains site. The cadaver dog, the trunk stain, the insect evidence, the plant evidence and the autopsy all supported that. The defense paid to offer up the guy who can only refute the species of insect, the garden club lady and a couple of witnesses whose testimony was disallowed and an 86 year old man who stated tape with no adhesive held the mandible in place.
