Can you get good fresh dirt form a dirt farm, or do you have to go to markets and get top soil....lol
Just look in the yellow phes under "top soil". They deliver it by the load.

Planted my herbs. Two kinds of basil, parsley, oregano, white onions, garlic
three kinds of peppers and dill. I did this in a raised garden box. I always wanted one. I put some dahlia in there to plus lavender. Mulching, oh how fun(sarcasm).

Nope. The only food I've grown is tomato plants (in containers, when I try them in the ground the critters get them) and pineapples (which the critters also get at least half the time, lol).

They can be grown here. The hybrids do better. I was unaware that tulips can be grown here.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Aquarius

You won't like it if you feel your wings are being clipped today. You want to do something in particular, only to discover that someone is objecting to your plans or that circumstances beyond your control are standing in your way. Although your instincts tell you to throw a tantrum to get your point across, you must ask yourself what this will achieve, and whether it will actually be self-defeating.
